yeah i got vulpix in earlier episodes.but in another savefile(that i lost) i also played in early episodes and got vulpix ,i randomly saw litleo aswell.in my main savefile it does not appear.

what about litleo?it is not appearing in my game.have tried day and night and also have pokesnax
