I woke up today and could hardly move my neck to a level where I found it hard to get out of bed. It is a bit better now but still really sore

Today, I closed my eyes because I felt dizzy while having lunch. When I opened them again, I was lying in hospital because apparently I passed out from stress accumulation and exhaustion. Maybe I shouldn't have started a second job...
