  1. The delinquents had marched upon Nicu, and, despite everything, had the nerve to challenge him to a match of Basketball, the sport of peasants. A four-on-four competition in the just-cleaned hall would decide Nicu's fate. Nicu had accepted, looking behind him at Evelyn and the others. So these four delinquents... Against Nicu and his team. This'll be a fun match to spectate. Nicu seems fairly capable, and seeing him slamming these unruly youngsters in the ground will be a suitable revenge. That is, if his team's any good. Evelyn looked to her sides to see who would make up the remainder of his team. Sora, on her left side. That makes two. Seema, on her right. That makes three. And the final member of Nicu's team... Where's the rest of the cleaning crew? Weren't we here with more? What is happening? ...was meant to be none other than Evelyn herself. I'm not doing this. "I will NOT-" Evelyn spoke, but cut her words short when she took one more look at the challengers, their overconfident smirks plastered on their faces. She turned and looked at Seema, then at Sora. Then, at Nicu. But I've got no other choice... "I will. Let's just get this over with."
  2. 0 Atk Eufur Rollout (150BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Roobber: 26-32 (81.2 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO These stats are from level 10. With max power Rollout, Eufur can't even OHKO its rival starter Roobber, despite it being a super-effective move, Roobber not being exceptionally defensive, and the fact that it takes 5 turns to even achieve this power on Rollout. Of course, Rollout is better than, say, Absorb or Pound by a fair margin, but this just shows that Eufur has some troubles on the offensive side of things xD
  3. Thanks for your feedback We've already made a few changes to the line planned for chapter 2, such as giving the line Rollout at a very early level to use against bugs and Magpy, and we're also moving the next tier of offensive moves (Mega Drain and the like) a few levels down so they're easier to obtain. Eufur will still be weak offensively, but that's intentional: Eufur is meant to be much better in the long run. But hey, Grass types have never had it easy.

  6. This day is a wonderful one. Cleaning duty on an otherwise nice day, Seema on your back, and when she makes a mistake, the ever so graceful Nicu jumps straight to her rescue. To top it off, another group of four invaded the gym, didn't watch their surroundings and a loose broom tripped someone over. Now, they've turned towards Nicu and shout all sorts of obscenities at him, words you'd expect from such lonely, unkempt people. Nicu has dropped dead silent, occasionally glancing to his sides while the four boys draw closer to him as if they're ganging up on him. I guess someone is a bit afraid of thugs... Evelyn coughed loudly to draw some attention, then started her verbal barrage toward the boys: "What do you think you're doing! First, you waltz right into here, interrupt our work, then mess everything up by tripping over and dirtying the floor with your filthy clothing! You will apologise to me right this instant!" Evelyn shook the bag of cookies in her hand, surprised nobody had remarked on them yet. Maybe these can be of use now against the boys. They're simple minds, after all. "Yes, you will apologise for the mess you made, and help us clean after that! Only when you comply will you be rewarded!" Evelyn held up the cookies, and pulled them back in the blink of an eye. She stepped forward and raised her voice again. "Foul delinquents!" Evelyn raised her brow towards Nicu. "You too, Nicu. You're at fault as well for leaving the broom there, after all. Now apologise to me for your clumsiness, and you'll get your reward."
  7. Yes, we're announcing another mon today! And before you ask, no, it's not Jericho's, sorry. But I'll give you a hint: It shares one of its types with this one. You'll have to wait a bit longer for that one. But for now, give it up for what is probably the most re-worked mon of Graterras! Lizargem, the Hard Body Pokemon, is an ICE/ROCK type, similar to Aurorus from the Kalos Region. But, as you know, Aurorus is pretty frail and not that good competitively (though a certain girl named Haley seems to think otherwise...). You see, this little guy has quite some pressure on him. It's not easy to survive in a world full of things called Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Aqua Jet and Vacuum Wave ¬, all of which are massive threats to Lizargem's canon predecessor. As such, Lizargem has adapted itself several times in its life cycle at Se7en (read: reworked by us) to prove itself as viable in today's trigger-happy priority attack metagame. The creation of this mon went something like this: And so, this mon started as one of my crazy Ice/Rock concepts, into a Rock/Dragon, back into Ice/Rock, then given another overhaul after realizing that Ice/Rock cannot be bulky. Yep, this little mon has quite the history. But despite its everything, Lizargem dreams of a world where everyone can live in peace without worrying about priority attacks. Long backstories aside, let's take a look at some more practical information. As I mentioned, Lizargem is Ice/Rock, and its normal abilities are Sturdy and Rough Skin, respectively. Sturdy is a pretty useful ability since it allows you to always survive one hit, and Rough Skin hurts opponents that try to kill your cute lizard body, so both are nice to have. As for Hidden Abilities, we're not revealing anything, though you may have picked up a few hints in this post Lizargem is also one of the only Ice types you'll be able to catch early game, since most of our other chilly chaps tend to reside in only the coldest places of Graterras. If you're lucky, you might even be able to find it in Chapter 2! That's all for today, folks!
  8. Congratulations! It has been great working with you on the Redemption League
  9. My condolences for your grandfather, and my best wishes for a happy Easter. Keep it up, pal. I'll try not to slack off in the meantime
  10. The Graphics-Battlers folder of your game folder holds all of the Pokemon sprites. You'll have to find bigger versions of the sprites and replace them with the current ones.
  11. There was this big alleged leak, covered here by TyranitarTube, a few days ago... The silhouetted mon on the boxart of the Moon leak above also resembles an avian, and they might very well be the same one...
  12. Because we have only announced Pokemon that can still evolve, with the exception of a few like Haunteon and Nauphrantom, and assuming the starters evolve twice like any other starter, we have currently announced at the very least 61 of the Pokemon in our Dex, if we count those evolutions. Pretty cool, huh?
  13. I am convinced Magiana will be a Steel/Normal type for some reason. Probably because Steel/Fairy has been a bit overused by now...
  14. The strongest move in Se7en that can be obtained and used legally does just over 8,5 million damage in the ideal circumstances. Dayum.

Yeah, Se7en doesn't have Shuckle with Power Trick, so that kind of doesn't work xD. The calculation also does not use any hacked abilities like Pure Power Shuckle.

  15. The teeth are only a "print" on the beak. It doesn't actually act as a mouth. The top line of the "smile" is the middle line where the beak opens
  16. After explaining his behaviour, Sora held up a purse to Evelyn. She bent forward to take a look, making an effort to keep the cookies behind her back. The purse held quite a bit (for commoners, at least) of money, but little else. "Can't say I have. Did some careless person drop it here in the gym?" The money itself's not an issue, but someone's probably looking for it. Maybe I can prod one of them a bit to go and look. The sooner I can end this cleaning party, the better. "At any rate, someone's looking for it, and it would be quite ungrateful to take something like that for yourselves, would it? Maybe Nicu could take the purse to the staff to find its owner? Someone like you knows where the staff room is, right, Nicu?" Or... Just ending the whole party altogether by going escaping myself. And taking Nicu with me, of course. "Well, you ARE new here, so I can't fully blame you if you don't. Maybe you'd need some help finding it? I think I'll be kind today and offer you to help you out just this once." Evelyn shot a glare at Sora. "Unless one of you has any objections, hmm?"
  17. Hello, loyal minions of Se7en! This is the first announcement since our topic hit 50K views! Anyways, Zim is either sick or slacking, Azery's PC is borked, and Tomas is still hung-over from his birthday (just kidding, love you all), but not all hope is lost. Calvius is back, once again, after some PC troubles of his own, and he'll be making cries for us again soon. And, to top it off, We have another announcement for you guys! No full artworks of mons this time, but an in-depth look at fossil mons in Se7en! These won't be in CH2, but will play a role in CH3. Nonetheless, you have one chance at victory in the Graterras league, and only one weapon at your disposal: Pick your weapon! The Sabre FossilORThe Axe Fossil As per custom, both of these fossils will yield a two-stage fossil evolution line when revived. In addition, these fossil-revived mons are guaranteed to be part Rock-type due to their fossilized origins, but you guys can go ahead and guess their secondary types (if any), fighting styles and HAs. Be warned that only one of these fossils can be picked, as the other one's revived species will end up in the team of a major character. That fossil will be available in the post-game, but this is still subject to change. But that's not all! There's a third fossil mon in Graterras as well: Where the Kanto region had a set of two fossils, along with Aerodactyl from the Old Amber, the Graterras region has the same fossil distribution, with two "main" fossils, as seen above, and a special third, amber-based fossil. This "special" fossil mon is even rumored to be a distant, extinct relative of an important mon you will meet in CH2! Duke it out over which weapon is best, and have a wild guess at what these fossil lines will represent, and how they will fight! En garde!
  18. Hello there, miss Cook. I had expected your arrival. Or should I call you Tomas? With your role as the supreme commander of the Se7en project, the resident redhead tsundere on the forums, and, most importantly, as a good friend in my life, I wish you a happy birthday. I don't think there's anyone else that has survived my ridiculous ideas for this long, so I thank you for that. And it's not like you're going to have a happy birthday or anything, b-baka!
  19. Oh my lord, I just stumbled upon the website I made with my friends when I was in 4th grade. Oh, ow the times have changed...

I'm afraid that, for my own sanity and dignity, I am unable to post that link.

  20. After exiting the shower room, Evelyn paced around the gym, the newly acquired prize hidden behind her back. Now, let's see who's still here... "I've heard the school has some pretty good teams." Nicu's standing there, casually chattering away with Sora, all while dusting off the gym floor. Swiftly sweeping the gathered dust in the dust bag, he appears to be talking about sports. He does seem like the sporty type... "Hey, welcome back." Nicu looked up at Evelyn, quickly waved his hand, and gave a casual greeting. Almost too casual. Evelyn, in an attempt to appear somewhat casual to him, struggled with the pack of cookies still hidden behind her back before finally waving at him in an awkward manner, as if she'd forgotten how to wave at all, or simply was never learned how to in the first place. "Umm, hi..." After approaching them from where she stood and waiting for Nicu and Sora to end their small talk, Evelyn entered their conversation: "Well, hello there, too, Sora. I hadn't expected you to stay here with Nicu. I really could have used a hand with cleaning the shower rooms, you know." Making an effort to prevent the skillfully hidden (or so she thought) plastic cookie package from making any more noise, Evelyn continued. "Seema had vanished immediately to the back of the shower room, leaving me to do the main work. She hadn't even offered to help me. How ungrateful of her. I take it that you two have been doing some actual work?"
  21. After Seema entered the door in the back to apparently check on the showers, Evelyn sighed of relief and dropped her broom and facade of a hard-working lady. The wooden end of the broom hit a tile, producing a dull sound, followed by a silence from Evelyn. After concluding that it went unnoticed, or that Seema was simply uninterested in the sound, Evelyn picked up the broom and set it neatly against the locker wall. Evelyn pushed open the pink locker a bit further to see if it creaked, then opened it all the way to take a look inside when it didn't. A bit of dust escaped from inside the locker, and settled on her elegant black dress. After muttering to herself and blowing and picking off the bits of grime that befouled her attire, Evelyn took a look inside. The locker seems empty, aside from the dust and a mysterious bag in the back. The emblem on the bag was difficult to read in the somewhat dark locker, so Evelyn, in curiosity, freed one arm from her dress, prayed that no one saw her like this, as Seema still hadn't returned, and stuck her arm inside the locker, retrieving the bag from its place. After fixing her dress, Evelyn examined her prize: "Feeling down? one quick bite, and you will feel energized all over again!" A cheery cartoon on the bag greeted Evelyn as she read the package. Cookies! A pretty expensive brand, it seems, as well. Quite ordinary for someone like me, of course, but invaluable as a gift to appease people. I don't think anyone will mind if I take it. I deserve it for finding it here, after all... Now, how does one hide a bag of cookies? I'll just look for Nicu and show him his place, and a good dog will get some treats... With that in mind, Evelyn left the shower room without a word, a bag of cookies behind her back and her broom abandoned next to the wide-open locker.
