Update on the whole wifi drama:

Engineer came round this morning and there was a few problems. One was a channel clash. Another was that customer services messed around with things that made it worse.

He sorted those out but the remainder of the issue is the devices being used are slightly old.

This isn't too bad though as wifi is quicker than before the whole fiasco, this was before getting offered a free upgrade to our wifi speed so lit.

At least I get something out of being called a liar by their customer services
