The amount of patronising and rude people I've had to deal with over the past few weeks is ridiculous.
Who would have thought it would have taken up to their 10th member of staff to realise that the problem is not a wifi speed issue, but rather a wifi connectivity issue like we first said.
Been having to use ethernet whilst the wi-fi has been poor (didn't really use ethernet that much before this mess).
Finally getting an engineer that we requested... I hope they can sort out the issue rather than having to go through the effort of changing provider.
You all can probably guess the provider from this xD
