    It took them 3 months to say "Fuck it! We do not accept these results of this". THe university should have done it right after and the student council voted with many students and showed that people were happy with the runners up taking the place of those that cheated.

     

    The students ACCEPTED the runners up, why should the chair of governors have any input into the matter!?
