Team Flare and Team Skull grunts have their own poses before battle.
What sort of pose would you think Team Meteor's grunts would have pre-battle if one day they did just suddenly have one? This is a hypothetical scenario bearing in mind...

To be honest I can picture them having a pose similar to the revamped Team Magma in ORAS. It would have to be something along those lines since that's one of the Teams with the most serious tone about them. It might be to much but maybe something close to the Nazi salute with one of their arms pointed to the sky (I think it could work since they are Team Meteor, and meteors do come from the sky ^-^).
