  1. Catch an Aron, evolve it into Aggron. Also, fight Sigmund.
  2. I like the ground type, mainly because of the access to some incredibly powerful attackers, like Garchomp, Nidoking and Mamoswine. Stab EQ/Earth Power is nothing to be messed with, and if you can play the type right, you shouldn't have problems with any type that would otherwise sweep through it (Gastrodon for water types, for example).
  3. Firstly, I should point out that Phantump actually is in the game. Anyway, i'd implement Slowpoke. It is a rather balanced water type, and the defense stat would be great to have around, although its availability would have to wait until the late-game.
  4. Shiftry is something I completely forgot about. Also, Cacturne and Skuntank have no usage. Man, there's lots of unused dark types.
  5. In my 1st run, I got Torchic. In my 2nd run, i'm going for Froakie.
  6. The Order of the Helix is more of an Easter egg, it's nothing story-related.
  7. Consider swapping Volcarona for a mega evolution. It's really the most expendable Pokemon on your team.
  8. Favorite legendary: Favorite non-legend:
  9. Now that's what I call AWESOME.
  10. I picked everyone in my team just because of what they'd become in the end. My team really works well with the type coverage it has. Although there's a reason everyone in rotation is ghost type (for now) that I can't seem to find.
  11. Venipede / Whirlipede / Scolipede Availability: Late mid-game Stats: Good Movepool: Rather poor Comments: Getting it late in the game, Venipede can be evolved into Scolipede nearly immediately. When it's obtained, you can boast about the great 100 attack stat and a whopping 112 in speed. Scolipede will definitely outspeed a large portion of the game, especially with the speed boost ability. Megahorn can be obtained through re-learning, which will be Scolipede's main move. However, aside from Megahorn, there isn't a whole lot to teach to this Pokemon. With its only poison attacks obtained through leveling up being Venoshock and Poison Tail, it lacks on good coverage. It mostly relies on TMs, and there's not a lot of those that are good for this Pokemon yet. Tier suggestion: B
  12. In that case, get a Bunnelby in the Beryl Ward. You can evolve it if you want to.
  13. Use Growlithe when he'll be available once you find the cops. Also, catch Venipede (Jasper Ward)
  14. This is called an "Eeel" And this is.... Mr. No And finally...
  15. Maybe the real Heatran will appear here another time. Someday...
  16. Nidoking: Availability: Late mid-game Stats: Above average Movepool: Incredible Comments: Nidoking is an incredibly powerful Pokemon thanks to his ability Sheer Force. With his incredibly large movepool, his attack stats of 92/85 seem much larger, with access to Earth Power and Sludge Wave. Nidoking should easily plow through trainers that will challenge you out on the road. However, since he has a speed stat of 85, he won't out-speed a lot of Pokemon that you will encounter in more difficult battles. Suggestion for ranking: B or C
  17. I found the oddishweed to heal the sick guy in Lapis Ward, but they still won't accept it. What do I do to finish the side quest?
  18. This is a quite a bit of speculation I went through, and it seems to fit. In Shade's Gym, on one of the computer screens, we can see a green-haired figure, presumably Amaria, being snuck up upon by a red-haired figure, presumably Titania. Amaria then proceeds to fall...? This may mean that Titania is a secret agent for Team Meteor. It would explain her chilling in the forest with the grunt.
  19. You should make sure to get Ralts ASAP, by the way, since it's gonna become very powerful. Training it is a bit of a tough run though. As for what starter to choose, like everyone already said, go for Chimchar. Mudkip is obtainable later in the game anyway.
  20. My favorites are findmuck(Byxbysion Wasteland) and To Lesser Depths(Shade's Gym). ....am I creepy?
  21. I hope Rock Climb isn't going to be an HM in reborn. It was a pain in Gen 4. Don't get any ideas, Ame
  22. I can say that tongue-twister really fast. True story.
  23. I can't say there's a game as good as Reborn, but you should definitely try out Pokemon Blaze Black/Volt White and Blaze Black 2/Volt White 2.
