  1. Aggron and Gallade are both pretty good, you could get one of those.
  2. Florinia and Noel... Florinia's Cradily was a nightmare and Noel's Clefable spammed Cosmic Power...
  3. I picked Torchic, speed boost is awesome.
  4. The currently obtainable berries can be bought in the department store. EV reducing berries are found under "friendship berries"(4F)
  5. I'd use Scrafty over Primeape. Scrafty has great typing, great stats and learns Dragon Dance when bread with Gyarados. Also, for your Honchkrow, I recommend making it physical if it has Moxie, because that's going to be fixed when episode 10 comes out(or that's what I've heard).
  6. Well, i'd better get a pickup team done fast...
  7. This game is meant to be a challenge.. in fact, this is the first time in a while Pokemon was difficult for me(aside from the competitive side).
  8. I'd have to say generation 2 is my least favorite. The Gym Leaders were frustrating for me, since I was really young back when I played it and was horrible at the game ... the plot line wasn't too bad, but I really hated how the Team Rocket plot was crammed into a few spaces. In fact, the other gens did this too, except 5(wouldn't know about 6, since I haven't played it yet), but gen 2 completely crossed the border with that. Gen 1 was the first I played. In my memory, I didn't think it was that great, since it was back in 2006 and gen 3 was already out then. When I got gen 3, I had no issues with it, the game was great, the starters were great, the Pokemon were great... just that I was confused with the new complicated mechanics, for example catching Feebas. Generation 4 had a lot of gen 3 qualities, so I won't go deep into that.. Gen 5 was probably the best for me. Team Plasma was well spread throughout the game, the plot was well developed, and at the end of B/W, you don't even fight the Champion, you fight N. I really liked the element of surprise there.
  9. So, what are the level grinding areas you guys use? I've been using my good rod at Tanzan Cove and taking down Basculin, and it proved to be fairly efficient. However, i'm not sure it's the best one. Where do you grind levels?
  10. I found a lot of shiny Magnemites in Shade's power plant when I was grinding Scraggy. However, the shiny I caught had a bad nature and bad IVs, so I decided to use a regularly colored one instead.
  11. All I used for Shade was Scrafty which I leveled up to 39.
  12. Serra was pretty hard for me at first, so I just grinded Blaziken and Scrafty up to level 49, then I just kept hoping i'd hit... strangely, it worked. Usually, I have high jump kick missing without any evasion buffs.
