  1. yeah, event pokemon don't permanently disappear unless you kill them or refuse to accept them into your team. misdreavus will show up at night on top of broken gravestones throughout the wasteland, while the spoink... should've been catchable in the warehouse? try checking the path back to obsidia from coral, and i'm fairly sure the weather is supposed to be clear too. for cleffa and igglybuff, you have to talk to the woman in the house first. then at night, visit an empty house in peridot (it hasn't been used in any other events besides this, which should be enough to figure out which building) where there will be two meteor grunts. after a talk, they'll leave the house, and you have to go back to the woman's house and run them off. afterwards, she'll give you your pick of the two. as for "Kiki's ghost", you have to find a separate dimension in the wasteland. (at least, that's what the save menu calls it.) there are plenty of threads that have the exact process for it (it involves some boulder pushing), so i won't describe it here. next time, maybe check out the location guide? it should tell you everything you need to know.
  2. this time, you can't use previous episodes to escape agate; the differences between episode 14 and 12 or 13 are great enough to make it impossible. the farthest i've gotten is to the grand gate before crashing after trying to enter north obsidia. the maps are also very messed up, visually speaking.
  3. also, i don't think medicham is very far away, judging by your levels; you can get a meditite from a student at apophyll academy after listening to all of the lectures.
  4. which locations did you specifically find?
  5. okay, in all honesty, i completely fell for it. but then i looked on the pokecommunity page for reborn and someone there spoiled it for me, so here i am. :]
  6. the grunt visibly walks away when you and cain pass nearby, so no, probably not.
  7. i actually posted a screen of that too, on a thread somewhere around here. it's virtually confirmed that they're in agate city anyway by the time you get to the circus and such, and especially by the time you finish ep.14. the appearance of a grunt there is probably just Ame's hint to the sharp-eyed player before the game tells it to you straight out, like catching a plot twist before it happens.

    Abra

like most everyone else has suggested, you have to exploit the hyper beam recharge time. send out something that will bait out a hyper beam and either die from it or be of use in the following turn. generally, yes, it does like to use dark pulse if it can, but a good way to negate this is to send out bait that is resistant to dark, or anything else really that would make an AI determine hyper beam to be the best course of action. you could try to status the abra too, but i'm fairly sure that there are healing items? i never used status to beat the abra, so i can't be sure. also, abra knows recover, which might end up being a pain for you if you get it down to low hp. and of course, there's always the FEAR tactic if nothing else is working. but that's reliant on whether or not you have a focus item or a compatible sturdy pokemon.
  9. check out the byxbysion grotto if you haven't already. there's also the top of the wall separating the wasteland from the chrysolia region.
  10. they actually nerfed him in the 2.5 version -- not by much, but his "lasso of light" insta-kill is a lot easier to escape now, for instance.
  11. you should do dragon. no, i'm not kidding. i've completed one up to the current episode by slipping the egg group dragon into the mix, which made it loads easier, and it was pretty fun. there are even two starters in the dragon egg group, charmander and treecko.
  12. what Arkhidon said; if you don't know what you're doing, your save file could easily become unusable. also, to give yourself pokemon like that for a playthrough is severely frowned upon in this community, since you're basically just tossing away the entire challenge this game is supposed to be. why don't you try using the pokemon you do have access to first?
  13. well, Ame can't exactly give us lvl 40-50 pangoros for free, of course. and the events got harder because it turned out that the pokemon were a lot more useful than previously foreseen. i remember the scraggy making florinia a lot easier back before it was moved, haha. if you need help locating pokemon, there's the location guide here, fully updated and all.
  14. you use a data chip for porygon, and they're sold on 7th street. you can also find one in the orphanage, but that's a one-time-only chance, since the doors lock after that particular escapade is finished. i don't remember if there are any others hidden in the game. and the amount of linkstones in-game is actually a good amount, depending on how many you plan on using. i've picked up a total of five, i believe.
  15. if you're not willing to breed any of these pokemon, you're going to have a rough time building a decent team, and that's a certainty. if you're sure you don't want to breed, then you have limited options in terms of actual power. flygon can still be useful though, for instance, and i've heard some good things about sylveon's trump card-pixilate combo.
  16. also, if you want a more in-depth explanation -- say, you want to start breeding moves and ivs and such -- check this thread out.
  17. the location guide, here, tells you where to find any available pokemon. there's also a thread, still on the first page, that talks about it here.

    Good Rod

search it up in the search bar next time; there are plenty of threads that mention where you can find the good rod. prevents clutter that way. :] you can get the good rod in Spinel Town, since Sonikku ninja'd me again doesn't mention that specifically. Spinel Town's several gyms away, so sorry, you'll have to wait.

    Scraggy

there are a whole ton of threads that mention where you can find scraggy; try searching up your question in the search bar next time. also, there's this thread (i'm always puzzled about how people miss it since it's pinned right at the top of the subforum), which lists every known location of every available pokemon. try looking there next time too. but to answer your question, you can find scraggy as soon as you're capable of using rock smash outside of battle (make sure you do this asap, since a short time later it'll be blocked off by boulders and you'll have to wait until you can use strength, several gym badges later). go down into the underground railnet and far to the bottom-right of the first area, by the exit/entrance to obsidia ward. there'll be a key you can take to the obsidia slums, where there's a room with a locked gate right by the exit/entrance to the far east of obsidia ward. following me so far? you can use that key you grabbed from the railnet to unlock this gate, where a sidequest then follows in which you solve another hop-puzzle, battle three lvl 40-50 or so pangoros (correct me if i'm wrong?), and receive your scraggy. :] (for a tip, you can quick-save in between text boxes in case you want to spam that f12 for preferred gender/nature/ivs, things like that.) whoops, Sonikku beat me to it while i was typing, haha. i'll post this anyway, since it's in more detail.
  20. you know you can breed the nature onto the resulting egg by having your infernape hold an everstone, right? besides which, you could f12 while repeatedly changing natures with the psychologist in 7th street, but that might take a little longer. ability is easily solved with an ability capsule, if the egg that you hatch doesn't already have the ability. infernape is actually breedable with medicham by the way, who can learn all three elemental punches through the relearner. meditite are catchable in route 2 i believe, and you can also receive one from a student in apophyll academy if you listen to all of the lectures.

    Furret?

wanting to trade it for the transforming pokemon, i'm guessing? well, next time you have these questions, you can look here. that's the location guide. to answer your question though, you can find sentrets in obsidia park during the day after defeating the pulse-tangrowth. no furrets are available through straight capture yet.
  22. you have to find the entrance above that hall first. that one will have the boulder in it, which is pushed to fall into the hall you're in right now and crush that rock. i haven't been in byxbysion wasteland for a while however, so i can't give you a perfect walkthrough to it. sorry. i do remember that the way to it should be at a hilltop that has several of the metal slides on both sides and a grave or two. it'll be at the very back, i think?
  23. oh, where you hop on them? it's actually not that hard, i think. all you have to do is find each crustle nest (the large boulders with a hole in the front) and click on the hole. a crustle should come out, and then you need to put it to sleep with sleep powder from one of the green trees (do you have the powder vial?). after it's asleep, you can push the crustle around like a boulder, and you have to move it to one of the indentions in the ground so it falls in and becomes a pseudo-hop-rock. all the other hopping rocks are to get you to either more crustle rocks or entrances to the mountains in the area. shofu already had this done, so i'm not surprised that you're confused. unless you just can't figure it out at all (which i think you should be able to; it's not a very hard puzzle, just very long), i won't solve it for you on your save file. sorry.
  24. Radomus "brainwashed" El so he could take the Amethyst Pendant from him. he or you could've fought El for it, but it was probably much easier for Radomus just to brainwash El into doing it instead. and it makes sense for Radomus to have changed El's belief in who healed his sight; El's devotion to Arceus came from his belief that it healed him, after all (El virtually states this himself i believe), so that would logically be a nice starting point in cementing that brainwashing, through redirecting that devotion from Arceus to Radomus. besides which, the fact that El broke out of his trance quite easily just about proves that Radomus didn't intend for it to be permanent; i don't expect a psychic-type gym leader to be that bad at brainwashing, especially one as morally ambiguous as Radomus. essentially, i agree with Kithros. Radomus's "botched" brainwashing of El may have also been an attempt to get Team Meteor to move in reaction. it may have also been a purposeful attempt at placing El where he would kidnap Luna; Radomus knows that the player character is capable, and El's trail might've led them to important information. as for where he got the Team Meteor uniform, who knows? maybe he really was a former member (him being a grunt seems a little unlikely to me though; that was the uniform he had), or maybe he'd filched it off another grunt when no one was looking. considering how many uniforms have to be made for an organization like Team Meteor, it can't be too hard to make a grunt uniform either, if you know what it has to look like. and even if you are a player character that can't speak, you do have pokemon. if the player character really wanted to stop Radomus from taking the pendant, they could've always just used one of their pokemon and/or fought him. i may be biased though, since Radomus is one of my favorite characters. uvu and do i trust him? yes. i trust him to do what he believes to be right, which seems contradictory with his morally ambiguous image, but it's really not. simply put, he's not particularly impressed with most other people's opinions of him. Radomus does what he likes to get what he wants for the most part, but at the same time, he does have a conscience and a sense of right and wrong that generally happens to align with yours. besides which. if he was a current member of Team Meteor and/or someone who was going to backstab you, he's already had the Amethyst Pendant for a couple of episodes now. unless he's actually planning a greater scheme with that necklace, we would know by now if he'd given it up to Team Meteor or even just lost it to them.
  25. i meant currently speaking, of course. there are plenty of non-girly-looking, non-pseudo/legendary pokemon available that are also useful, if their appearance really bothers you so much. there are also girly-looking pokemon that actually are useful, sometimes more useful than the manly-looking ones, so i wouldn't judge them away only for that. remember, Reborn scowls upon the close-minded. if you avoid girly-looking pokemon on the sole principle of being loyal to manliness, you might find yourself having a much harder time than if you didn't discriminate.
