      Idk, it could've been just 1-2 weeks that we were out of the city, so I think it going to take a bit more time...I expect xer to have contributed to the repair of the city after the main storyline.

      It wouldn't work. He releases them to let them pursue their dreams. So is either catch them first, or see a cycle of catch-evolve-release that will make you wish Ash exploded.

    Save Luna first, you gotta go to the 7th Street. If you joined a gang (Aqua or Magma) and finished all their quests then you should be able to get to 7th street.
