It took a minute to sink in before he busted out laughing. “I can see the resemblance, you two look really alike!” He chuckled and grasped for air for a little while, not noticing how rude his behavior was. “By the way, you don’t need to give that goat to some old man. That thing looks delicious; can’t your cook prepare it for us?”

Logan chuckled. “I guess you’re right, Flora is pretty bad ass,” he said while scratching under the dinosaur’s chin. She really liked getting compliments, unlike a certain turtle, and Logan suspected that it was because she was a female. He just hoped she wouldn’t get angry once a month for no reason like every other female he knew. Not that he would say it out loud when Enyo was around. She would probably kick his ass for it. "Look up that way, I think we're gettin' pretty close." Logan looked up when he heard Clint talking again and as soon as he finished, Flora started sprinting towards the gates. “Damn, she’s really excited to go there, guess I better catch up.” Logan was ready to run after his GAO, when he turned back to Clint. “Thanks man, I think I would still be lost if I hadn’t run into you.” With that said he ran off after Flora, who had already passed the main gates.

Damn I tried to get a Totodile, but I don't have the patience to get it so I settled for a Treecko. And if we can claim a Pokemon: I claim Magikarp Skorupi.

Have some faith in Sigurd's social skills xD I totally didn't want to go for the grumpy looking guard And I like Super's idea. I can see why it's difficult to give every character a lot of action in battles, especially if they aren't fighting on the frontlines.

Trystane thought about what was written in the journal. “At first,” he started, “I didn’t care about all this resurrection and Sky Slayer crap. I believe people should follow their own right and wrong and as long as Stratos stood by his actions, I wouldn’t judge him. But this, this journal, it’s everything I despise in a man.” Trystane waited a moment before continuing, not really sure how to say what he felt. “I was raised in the ZraZara Grass Sea. People there believe in two things; power means nothing if you don’t use it to protect those who can’t protect themselves. The other thing is that murder is the worst crime someone can commit. This… beast, by the lack of a better word, is the exact opposite of everything I believe in. So how can I stand by and do nothing while he threatens to kill innocent people, including my village and family?” Trystane jumped of Onyx and looked Stratos in the eyes. “My name is Trystane, I will support your cause to the best of my abilities, Sky Slayer.”

Sigurd walked over to the guard. He was probably the worst choice out of the entire group to speak up since he was carrying the Crimson King, but he never thought things through and wasn’t going to start now. He swung his arm around the guard as if they were close friends. “We aren’t refugees, mister friendly guard. We’re adventurers visiting that old geezer’s friend who lives in town,” he said pointing to Bjorn.

Didn't you already create a thread like this? Anyway, I think this belongs in the Pokémon fan club section but I'll leave that for a more experienced member xD And that Mega Vaporeon is a beast. Too bad I don't think it will happen though.

Logan followed Clint with Flora behind him. “You know, I wonder what the rest caught. I think either Nathan or Erick will come back with something badass… Kenny might try to find something bigger than Pimparella though." (Super, I’ll leave it up to you if they arrive at base or get lost)

Trystane’s curiosity got the better of him after hearing the story Stratos and his friend told them. He grabbed the book, opened it and turned carefully to the last few pages.

Trystane glanced at the rude man who interrupted him. It didn’t take long to figure out who he was, but the hunter didn’t care. Apparently it didn’t matter how long you lived, some people just had no manners. As soon as Stratos finished speaking, Trystane cleared his throat. “It sounds like it’s your own fault your arm is in that state. Besides, I don’t come here to help anyone. I just wanted to make sure your little group didn’t consist of someone I’m looking for… and as for my spear; any man with a working brain cell knows he shouldn’t walk unarmed into a potential dangerous situation.” Nevertheless Trystane decided to put away his spear. These men weren’t the ones he was looking for nor were they a threat to innocent people.

Trystane sighed. Apparently the people he had called out too, weren’t able to hear him. “Come Onyx, it looks like we have to climb this thing.” He climbed back on his horse and made his way to the top at a steady pace, making sure Onyx wouldn’t slip. I wonder what happened to those religious idiots from before. I couldn’t really see it, but are the people on top responsible for this mess? If so, I might walk into a dangerous situation. It wasn’t a very comfortable thought. If these people fired the lightning that had almost killed everyone on the Plaza; he felt obligated to protect those who cannot protect themselves. With that in mind he moved the spear on his back to his hand in a defensive position. Trystane finally reached the top, just behind someone who was carrying a crossbow. “Well, this looks very cozy,” he said. “But tell me one thing; did any of you just fire that lightning to the crowd? You see, I can’t stand people who abuse their power to suppress the weak. So if that’s the case, I can’t turn a blind eye…”

Trystane had his hands full calming his partner down. The horse was already on edge with the earthquake, but really panicked when it saw the lightning show. It took Trystane all riding skills he had to keep the horse from overrunning people; that he didn’t really see what happened until someone decided to call everyone whore son. He looked back at the altar, where the Pope had been, and noticed some other people standing there while the rest of the Plaza was practically empty. He took Onyx by the reigns and walked over to the group of people left. “Quite a good show, better than I expected!” he yelled. “Now which one of you found it necessary to almost kill everyone here?”

Logan nodded. “Do you know the way? Since I was kinda lost before I found you and I’ve no idea which way to go,” he admitted. Navigation skills were wasted on him since he was a kid and when he first entered the forest, he relied on Ace in finding the way. That plan went flying out the window for the second time today as the monkey was unconscious. “And don’t worry about those five dollars. Someone might have caught something worse than your pink singer.”

“I agree to a certain point, but there is a difference between reckless and wanting to win,” Logan responded. He finished up Ace’s treatment and recalled the monkey into his sphere. “I know this battle was rather special since Ace feels the same way about Rocky, but what if I was an enemy and aimed for Rocky’s leg? He could’ve lost it and wouldn’t be able to battle anymore or die on the spot. Personally I think that’s much worse than taking away a win from them… And that’s something Crush needs to understand as well,” he said looking at Clint. Logan knew it was going to be difficult to show the stubborn turtle his side of things. He sighed and called Flora, when he remembered something. “Pimparella is still poisoned right? Flora can heal her if you want. It’s sort of her last trick and one of the reasons I really wanted her.”

“Are you seriously letting Rocky continue this battle with a broken leg?” Logan asked surprised. A part of him was impressed with the Lizard’s determination, but the reasonable part that was also his medic side considered it foolish; especially because this was supposed to be a practice match between rivals. He was about to call Ace back when the monkey jumped straight at his opponent with a shining fist. The Monferno must’ve realized this was the decisive move and tried to take Rocky out with his fastest punch. The two GAO collided in mid-air and Ace received the full power of Rocky’s kick and fell down, barely conscious. Logan sprinted forward and was able to catch his GAO before it smacked into the ground. He wasn’t able to see if Ace’s last attack was able to connect, but at his point he didn’t care all that much about it as he started to treat his partner.

Which of the island Nations in Graterras would you most like to visit in-game? *The Shadowed Isles is where you are now. (The ones you haven't been to are Arbouretium, Solarium, The Shattered Hills, Shifting Sands, The Crystal Archipelago, The Land of Death, Aurora, and Pandora.) From Sigurd’s point of view Aurora would be really interesting. Based on what would happen it might show a whole other side of him. Either that or Shifting Sands / Crystal Archipelago. I feel like those two Nations are furthest from what Sigurd is used to. Shifting Sands more based on climate while Crystal Archipelago is all about knowledge if I recall correctly. So if we go there you’ll probably see an even more blunt side from Sigurd. (And his idiotic nature will show) Which Nation would you like to most visit yourself if you were in the world of Graterras? Mhm probably Nevermore. I don’t have a specific reason, just curiosity I guess. Has your favourite NPC changed, if so who is it now?(still name them and describe why in a little blurb even if it didn't change, because your reason may have changed.) My previous favorite was Chauff. I really enjoy his point of view, but since we haven’t seen much of him lately, I vote for the Crimson King. I find him hilarious and really enjoy the interaction he has going with Sigurd, even though that might cause some problems in the group. Has your least favourite NPC changed, if so who is it now? My least favorite one was Orpheaus, but now he’s gone I don’t really have one. To be honest I’m quite surprised he left so suddenly. I expect we might run into him again. As to answer your question: I don’t really have a least favorite one right now. I feel like I’m still getting to know some characters like Bjorn and Jupiter. I also think if Sigurd got to know Jupiter, he would respect her. What do you think the significance is of the name of Chapter 3? Bjorn’s friend might reveal something about the Gentleman, maybe a way to kill him which will be the reason for visiting other regions; or his real identity. But that might be a bit too much positive thinking from my side xD Which PC do you think your PC gets along with best? Why do you think this is? This is a difficult one. Right now my PC is annoying everyone, but from previous actions he might get along with Marcus. (But we haven’t seen his reaction yet). Akuma is pretty straight forward and Sigurd respects that so that’s also an option, I guess. Which PC does your character get along with the least? Why do you think this is? (keep it civil folks.) Xavier and Nero because of the way they see things and their personality. Nero is pretty dark with the way he thinks and really cautious. Sigurd obviously is not and has already made him angry once. Xavier is a tough one. His reckless side aside, sometimes I see him as the wise person in the group. And because of certain recent actions, I don’t see them seeing eye to eye soon. Chapter 3 is going to be more of a Character development sort of Chapter, do you like these pauses in the action? Yes, it’s a nice change. I suspect we’re going to get more than enough action in this RP, so getting to know some characters is a great idea. There are some (NPC’s and PC’s) I don’t know that much about and I like to get to know them better. Who or what do you think Bjorn's friend in Nevermore could be? If it’s a trap: the Gentleman and he’ll kill us all. No really, I don’t know. Even if hints were given I try not to think about it as I prefer surprises in RP’s. It might be someone who used to know the Gentleman or has some sort of history with him. I don't think it has anything to do with the Crimson King though. Is there anything you think I can improve upon? Maybe a small detail: if you change between your characters in the same post, can you put more space between them or mention their names or something? It just reads easier.

Sigurd enjoyed the cold wind and snow on his face. He was born and raised in a village in the far north, were the snow was much colder and the wind more relentless as it could give you frostbite if you weren’t careful. Ah, how much he longed for the day he could return home were his kinsmen would accept him again and heard his stories. His thoughts drifted off for a while as he thought back what had happened after the last battle. Orpheaus had thanked him and said something about Sigurd reminding him why he fought. The Wind Templar didn’t really understand what the Victonari meant, as he had only given him a hard time. He still didn’t like the shiny armor, but after seeing Orpheaus fight the Death Knight, deep down Sigurd respected the fighting style. Not that he would tell anyone. He also remembered he told many villagers that it was him, Sigurd, a might Wind Templar of the North who had slayed the beast with some help from his companions. Of course he had exaggerated some details as happened with a lot of legends, but he was sure that his version would reach the North much faster. Sigurd grinned at the thought he told the villagers to spread his tale, when Xavier gave him a hard time again. Over the past few days his companions let him know more than once they still didn’t agree with his decision to take Boney, as he called the Lich King, with them. Especially Xavier and Nero seemed to have a big problem with it, but the latter didn’t speak about it anymore. Not that he talked much anyway… Sigurd sighed as Akuma defended him. “I took Boney with us exactly because he is powerful,” he said while being rather rough with the grimoire. “Nero told us, right? This guy is using a legendary technique! How often do you run into someone like that?” Sigurd asked excited. “Not only can he lead us and give us information about the Gentleman, but he can also lead us to where his real body is so I can fight him!” Sigurd made some wild, passionate gestures while he was talking and didn’t notice he was swinging the grimoire around.

Logan and Ace let their guard down for a second after Rocky evolved, resulting in Ace receiving a high speed punch in the face. The monkey stumbled in front of Logan and he noticed the results of the head on battling style Ace used; the GAO was panting and his arms were bruised badly. Logan knew he had to end it soon. “Are you alright?” he asked concerned. Ace responded by nodding and taking a battle stance and for a moment Logan thought the monkey would throw a hit speed punch of his own, until he saw Ace grin and noticed the stance was a bit different. The Monferno charged at his opponent, jumped in the air and started a kicking motion until its leg suddenly caught fire. (Blaze kick) Logan could only watch speechless as Ace showed his new technique.

Ace didn’t have the time to completely dodge Rocky’s attack. Instead the monkey was forced to brace itself and use his arms as a shield, but still rolled back on impact. “Ace, take Rocky down with more fire!” Logan cheered his GAO on. “Cover yourself in flames and hit back!” The monkey immediately responded by forming a ball while covering itself in flames; leaving burn marks in the grass as he made a way to his rival.

“You sure aren’t popular, Boney,” Sigurd said still grinning. To be honest he didn’t care much about his companions opinions about this case. He had found himself a potential powerful enemy that could use legendary techniques. It was a rare case to find a foe like that and Sigurd wasn’t planning on letting the chance slip by to fight him. “I guess I’ll carry you,” he said poking the grimoire. “But you better behave or Akuma over there might try to eat you… Now before we go, I still have to find those old geezers back. Bjorn promised me some information...”

Ace took the attack head on without making a sound. Instead the monkey grinned, turning it into a mental battle as well. He then spit embers from a close range at his opponent.
