    A Windswept Field Sigurd admired the beautiful Snow Owl. It reminded him of home and his youth, so it took him a while before he realized the owl was gesturing to take a seat. Or was he imagining it? Either way, he walked over to the table and took a seat across the Snow Owl. He looked around the room once again. “I wonder where I am and what I’m doing here,” he muttered more to himself than the Owl.

    And how are you going to decide who isn't active enough? The RP hasn't started yet...

    “I don’t care about those 5 dollars. You can keep it in the pool, consider it my loss,” Logan said before walking off. He had something else to do that involved a very stubborn turtle.

    A Windswept Field Sigurd stared at the staircase. He had the strange urge to climb it, even though he didn’t know why. Without much resistance he listened to the wind and started climbing. He vaguely recalled the last time he was in a strange, yet peaceful place like this. It was right after he got killed. Did that happen this time as well? Or was the last time just a dream? And how the hell did he even got here? Those questions still spooked around Sigurd’s head when he finally reached the end of the staircase.

    “Yes, you’re right. But we don’t know where we’re going or even go close to Zrazara,” Trystane answered the alchemist. “If Onyx is alive and he’s headed that way, he will be in good hands. If he’s not… well I rather don’t think about that. Anyway, this is no time for me to be selfish. I’ll deal with it when the time comes.”

    Trystane felt torn between two heavy decisions to make. On one side he could go back to his home to –hopefully- find Onyx, while on the other side he could help protect humanity. In any other situation he would go for the second option without thinking about it, but Onyx was his best friend. Even though it would be selfish of him, he really wanted to go. In his mind he could already tell how everyone in his village would react. Especially his teachers would kick his ass for making a decision like that and he wasn’t even sure Onyx would return there, or even escaped that fire. Trystane got up and sighed. He couldn’t believe he was on the verge of throwing everything he believed in away, but if he thought clearly about it, there was only one real option. Of course he would go with this group to help with whatever he could. He was raised to protect the weak and right now, a lot of people needed protection. He placed the thoughts about Onyx in the back of his mind and ignored them for now. This was no time to be selfish. “The way you say it leaves us no choice,” he said to the old lady. “I’ll come with you despite the temptation I’m feeling right now to turn my back to all this and just go. Just show me the way, I want to get out of this place.” He looked one more time at the destroyed city before turning away.

    A Windswept Field Sigurd enjoyed the wind on his face. He hadn’t experienced a safe and calm feeling in a long time. And the way those flowers swayed in the wind made him feel a little tired. Maybe I should take a little nap? I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt. He rearranged himself in an even more comfortable position when he noticed it. A large white tower that looked like it didn’t belong there. For a short moment he struggled with the feeling to leave the tower alone and take that nap, but in the end his sense for adventure won. He got up and reached the suspicious looking tower in no time.

    Ok, just asking since we could be forced to do the mission with one GAO less. I imagine it isn't all that safe to catch a new one in enemy territory.

    I meant one less the entire time or get a replacement as soon as they head back to base.

    Why do I have the feeling that last sentence is meant for Logan? xD Btw what happens if one of our GAO's die? Do we immediately get a new one or does that character has to fight with one less?

    I think Kenny is eager to do that contest thing so it'll probably still happen. It just isn't something Logan would do after that entire Enyo/Erick situation.

    Yeah no problem. I was curious after reading a comment on how The Awakened already dropped to the second page and when I checked I saw this one there too.

    So I was wondering how the work on those family trees is going.

    I would do it, but I'm in no position to move unless Flux updates... I'm sure he'll come up with something soon.

    Trystane tried to compose himself. It wasn’t like him to lose control like that, but to be fair, the entire night had been a disaster and he wanted to leave it all behind. Suddenly a stranger kneeled down next to him and told him not to worry. And the man had a point. Onyx was pretty fast even compared to other horses and really smart. From time to time Trystane felt like his horse was smarter than him. He felt little hope again and wiped his face clean. “If Onyx is still alive, he’s headed toward Zrazara. I must go there. I need to know for certain if he got out or not…”

    Logan watched Enyo leave. The conversation didn’t go entirely as he hoped it would, but at least she opened up a bit. He looked at the capsules in his hand containing Clint’s GAO and decided to go heal them up first before getting new supplies. The conversation he just had replied in his mind over and over again. It was strange, he intended to make sure Enyo was alright, but in the end he was the one left with something to think about. He was more or less in the same situation as her when it came to Crush. Lately the turtle lost all his battles, but not because Logan didn’t give any orders. Crush refused to listen and did his own thing, just like her sea monster did his own thing and lost. In the end he reached the same conclusion as Enyo; teamwork was important. After healing Clint’s GAO and resupplying, Logan approached the rest of the squad. He noticed that the contest was either on a break, or they had yet to start. “Guys, I’m out of this competition. I don’t feel like doing it anymore,” he said before turning to Clint. “I healed your partners,” he said, tossing the capsules back.

    Am I too late to vote for Team Rocket as the squadron name? Spark Alpha sounds good. And as for Enyo; I agree with Super.

    I'm not that familiar with all those types of magic, so what excatly is divine magic?

    I have no idea how to quote in here from another thread, but read post 162 in chapter 2.

    K_H about your last post: Nathan is in the bet too. ^^ (and I think only Logan and Clint took off, so Lionel and Sid should be around I think)

    “No need to be so defensive, it’s just me,” Logan said when he finally caught up. “I told you right? I need to get some more medical supplies so I thought we could go together.” He smiled a little at the girl next to him and realized he had no idea what he was doing. “Uhm… that whole thing with Erick… you know… don’t let it bother you. He’s pretty cool when he has his emotions under control and all…” Logan smacked himself mentally. He tried to avoid a complete awkward silence, but talking about what just happened might even make it worse. He didn’t want Enyo to feel left out so he quickly changed the subject. “So if I heard Erick correctly you lost your previous partners? Does that mean you got three new ones?”

    As usual, Logan was impressed by Clemont’s power and authority. For a short moment he felt relieved that Erick wouldn’t be sentenced to death, but he soon realized what had happened just now might have some serious consequences later on. Especially since the lone wolf of the squad was involved. "Don't you all forget why we are here? Shouldn't there be a contest we are holding?" he heard Lionel say. “Yeah, you’re right,” Logan said while watching Enyo pass through the gates. He bit his lip, unsure if what he was about to do was the right thing. “But I’ll pass for the Size and Looks contests. I’ll be back for the battles… I think.” With that said he looked at Clemont from the corner of his eyes and called Flora over. When the Foxman didn't seem to react, he ran towards the med ward, hoping to catch up with the Greyjoy.
