Go to the grass area within the mansion, you'll have to look for a while unless your lucky, but there are Tyrouge in the grass, train it up along with your other pokes to lv 35, if you have a reverse candy, train up charmeleon to 36 so it can evolve. Then use a reverse candy to make lv 35 again, same with frogadier

Awesome Normal got moved to 14, that's great it really works with his story that way. Theres been so many new ideas posted and still trying to read them all lol, but I hope we can still integrate Ezel's story with all these great ideas (like with his Kingdom/wanting Arceus/potentially joining BN to pursue his goals). I'll be remaking the team later. Also, while I may not be able to help too much in some aspects, I do want to offer my help somehow and not just offer ideas, becuase I believe this project is gonna be big. I have great competitive experience, so movesets and pokemon for certain areas/important battles I could totally cover if I'm allowed. I know a lot of people want to cover their own teams which is cool, so maybe I could plan for trainers, rivals, etc. and my storytelling skills are decent. Hope I can contribute somehow.

Blastoise for B+ rank Obtainable: Before Gym 1, Limited Event (Starter) Abilities: Torrent and Rain Dish. Rain Dish is a pretty cool ability that heals you like Leftovers, but only helps if you are willing to sacrifice a move slot for Rain Dance, which is not a bad idea at all, Rain Dance has proved to be extremely useful in a lot of difficult battles. Moves: While Blastoise doesn't learn the best moves through level up, I feel like it's bulk makes up for it and once pokemon like Clawitzer get released, you will be able to breed for moves like Aura Sphere. By the 5th gym you will have access to stab Surf, which is great for all Water types. Blastoise also learns Rain Dance, which will boost water type moves and change the weather(which is key in a lot of important battles). Through the move tutor Blastoise gets a great move which is Flash Cannon. Some might not see the use of it since you have moves to defeat Rock types, but Flash Cannon provides coverage for Fairy types and Ice types as well. Useful For: Blastoise has been useful for pretty much every gym, whether its taking hits, changing the wheather, or even going on the offensive. It's bulk and power allows it to do all of these things and it will surely prove to be a powerful team member. Summary: While Blastoise is not a top tier starter, its still a great option as a starter. A Blastoise holding Damp Rock with Rain Dance and Rain Dish will have 8 turns of powered up water attacks and leftovers recovery, which could change a lot of situations, and its pretty good considering we probably won't have Leftovers for a while. Base 100 Def and Base 105 SpD is nothing to laugh at, it's probably one of bulkiest and best Water types we have available right now.

Rain Dance is received from Valarie(you'll need to talk to her of course) after defeating all of the Deoxy attacking the ship. Not sure if there is another way if you didnt get it from Valarie.

Yea this sounds good, it'll also provide some great doubles battle opportunities. The player and your gym leader could even have a storyline where you work together to bring down a mini base or something lol. Also have you put in any thought of why your character hates BN?

Don't think that you have bested me for even a second, I only used about half my power to fight you. You would tremble in fear if you saw what I was truly capable of. 5. Any climate is fine, as long as it does not get in the way of my plans, 6. Classical music puts my mind at ease. 7. Having the power to do whatever you please. 8. No one shall demand anything from me and no one shall harm the people of my land. I'll devise a plan and crush them with my forces. My Kingdom is not so weak to succumb to terrroists. 9. My only interest is achieving Arceus. 10. After you've met my requirements.

Nepeta I would switch with you, but that means creating a whole new bg story and all lol, I really put a lot of thought into the normal one lol and I'm pretty happy with it, just wish it the gym was a bit further in the game, but that doesnt mattter too much. And I love that you guys dig the Arceus idea.

You hold the water gym right? I saw the empty spot and applied for water becuase MIlotic lol, but then I changed it to Normal becuase I read a post from Jacob saying you still hold it.

Maybe Mirror coat/Hail. Double team and hail pretty much do the same thing, but you can set up more with double team and Hail only lasts 5 turns. I guess it depends if you want to be super evasive or not. You would lose out on 100% acc Blazzard though. I think Ice Beam is a pretty good move though since this set is based on evasiveness, it has more PP then Blizzard.

He controls a pretty huge task force that force his views on the people. While Ezel may seem evil, he is actually pretty considerate to his people, which is why there has been no rebellion.... yet. Personality: Acts like a King, and is very arrogant. He won't interact with anyone whom doesn't prove themselves worthy and will not accept challenges from anyone with less than ? badges. He does love pokemon, but only his. He believes his pokemon were choosen, while the other pokemon are just pitiful. His pokemon have also acquired his personality. (It would be cool if this were a later gym leader, just to correspond with the "wont accept challenges from anyone with less than ? badges") His goal is to achieve the ultimate normal type (Arceus) through any means. I agree the current method is better imo, while 1exp method isnt bad, it will defeat the purpose of reverse candies which I think is pretty good since we can over level our pokemon for moves and such and then bring them back down to fight. Also, reducing rare candies vs pokemon not obeying you in battle, I believe the latter would be harder in terms of difficulty.

Gotta remember Jan axed Nim's teleportation, so theres not too many pokemon to work with on the Island
