    Thnxmuch Wow, that crucification-style Ash and pikachu. All of his team are caught too, looks like it's really up to the frog and Alan (depending on how Alan 's gonna be reacting that is)

    I doubt Alain is going to willingly become the evil edgelord of team Flehhhhhhhhhhd. At most he'd still work for them because they're threatening Chespie and/or Mairin. Does anyone have a link to the second preview?

    I took the time to listen to that entire rant, I also agree with a large part of it. Good to see not everyone is a salt factory blindly hating on the anime or Alain or zard x just because Ash lost . In the end, it's true, you can never make everyone happy, so kudos to that dood

    All I know is that I'm making this season my last when it comes to the pokemon anime. Can't risk it making me hate more pokemanz even in Alola

    your post made me realize the fruitnames of some berries i didn't notice before...such as iapapa berry (papaya) , pecha berry (peach) , razz berry (raspberry), bluk berry (blackberry) , mago berry (mango) ..so many.. now I have to go through the entire berry list and notice each fruit name

    Here's a very stupidly obvious one that took me longer than it should have to realize- Drifloon ... ......... Imean lookatit, it's so obvious but for a time, I was too stuck on the drift part and never rly noted that the loon is part of balloon -smh-

    I can only hear that Ash is saying sumt like "100% power!" whenit happens so..I suppose his frog is going max bond or some sh*t. I'm gonna be really disappointed if they make Bisharp lose to an immobile biding goodra tho. There's no world in which a guillotine can miss an immobile giant dragon that isnt using attacks but is charging bide.. Inb4 the writers make bisharp forget it knows guillotine just like they made mega sceptile immobile or made slurpuff spam flamethrower despite having dazzling gleam

    What I think? I think that pikachu is even more unrealistically tanking a third powerhouse before finally fainting. Also, it looks like the frog is tanking flamethrower with its almighty cut kunai -facewall- , after that we see it get into a whirlpool and form a giant orange doughnut. It's so huge, i can't imagine it being super hard to dodge, but, make no mistake, it's probably not the finisher (note the frog isn't even bruised), but it does mean it will create more than 1 orange doughnut, the last one will prob be finisher

    They are not even consistent with that much for the pikachu. Sometimes it faints to pokemon that have never battled before, when the plot demands some armor, pikachu can tank legends and KO pseudolegends. In fact, they are not even consistent with anything in the anime. Many times over, the anime makes a note on the fact that "x pokemon has a lot of defense/speed/whatever" , the same way its game counterpart does, and they adjust the battle against accordingly, to match those stats . Other times, they retcon any form of stat distribution. Many times over, they retcon the fact that pokemon have abilities or that moves have secondary effects, when it suits the plot, they bring out abilities and secondary effects. I believe people's frustration is also majorly about the inconsistency and the blatant plotconvenience writing rather than the individual cases. Also, it seems that more often than not, anime-invented stuff happens in favor of Ash, which in itself is also inconsistent, and at some point, it does start pissing people off

    It should, and that's why it's not a flame (not charizard's anyway).. It's just gonna be some anime-invented giant orange doughnut

    The anime is going into Flehhhd attack right after this battle finishes (or doesnt finish) and it's confirmed that it will last at least until september 15th which is gonna be a zygarde showdown 1h special. If Ash wins this league, he gets the right to face the E4 and the champion... so... they might have some episodes showing that. If we don't take possible anime breaks into account, the anime has around 6-7 episodes to finish the kalos saga before SM are released On a side note: "It also displayed high levels of endurance in Mega Evolution Special IV, defeating ten Mega Evolved Pokémon without much time to recover between battles." <- Bulbapedia info on Alan's zard X. TFW they're going to retcon all of that and have it fall to sync frog (thus making sync frog stronger than 10 megas, thus making megas look like a joke)

    Thnx for the link... after reading the subs... Did he? I haven't seen him get rid of thunderpunch on his zard, as far as i know, it has t-punch, d-claw, flamethrower and blast burn

    Never 4get that "Fierce fighting at the Kalos league! GATHER, ALL MUH PASSION" had no fighting whatsoever, so titles don't have to be precise. I don't think the option exists anymore that Alain could possibly win, as said, at best it's getting interrupted or Ash is winning

    I'm glad at least somebody understands how I feel about watching that fight.. Agreed with your predictions although I still think there's a chance Lysandre doesn't wait till the battle's completely over

    At the very least you and Laura/Saphira know who and what she is, so there's that. If those people wouldn't recognize the regional champion, then there are other forces at work (like split persona which MIGHT change even the image) I do also have thoughts of the Citae voice being some little Lin trapped in time or something of the like. In any case, even if she's not champ, there's more to her than we currently know

    Her identity for sure is an interesting one, maybe there's a split persona involved or something. But that stuff at best makes me think she maybe WAS a champion, but no more, and there's other stuff surrounding her character now

    Ain't Heather since she's confirmed to be only an E4. Doubt it's Lin because she's the known leader of the evil team and SOMEONE out there would mention it if she was also a champ. I mean, it's not exactly something you just casually put aside if your champion is also the leader of the people that wanna destroy you all.. May be Anna cuz she's hinted to be "even higher" or something along those lines. There's also her interview and many things that may indicate she is the champ Don't see any other candidates as fitting for the position (Apart from Arclight for reasons that fit champions in usual games, but then, this isn't your usual game so.. who knows)

    There are some summaries saying red core will also fall under Flehhhd's control , but I suppose ultimately, we will get to see complete forme one way or another, maybe when both cores belong to Flehhhd (it was in the opening after all) There's also info that Flehhhd are gonna capture Ash (and his frog I assume) since Lysandre was very interested in it
