Just by looking at the pokemon I'd go for Sylveon, Pangoro, Delphox, Klingklang, Seismetoad, and Noivern, but Klingklang and sylveon need some levels.

Id say less likely to have absol, two pure dark types would be too easy. I'd say she'll have a Houndoom, Umbreon, Honchkrow, Crawdawnt, Malamar and possibly Tyrannitar. I might be pushing the boundaries with this but it would definitely be a challenge

If your going to go by the gyms that are left I'd say Vaporeon. I'd stay away from espeon for the time being as a dark gym could come up soon, and while Umbreon is super effective against psychic (Which I assume is also coming soon) every gym leader counters their weakness so expect a fighting/psychic in there somewhere.
