That was your older server, on Reborn we already have a thriving league that most auth and members are engulfed in. That's what makes trying anything new difficult which is why a battle frontier and other league type things fell through so many times. Getting authority approval may not be the difficult part but keeping things alive and people involved will be. This is speaking from experience with several projects that fell through due to lack of interest and people to help out.

You'd also need permission from the Amethyst and I think.. 2 other? Auth members to approve it. It takes people and time and planning. With most auth involved in the league it's difficult to get anything else started.

We've had this topic come up quite a bit in the years Reborn has been active. Battle Frontier, Subway, Chateau and even different leagues. They usually don't work or don't stay alive and thrive like the actual league does. But if you were to try and get this sort of thing even started you need to think about exactly how to run this thing. When, who, what Pokemon, etc .

For now you have to copy the images url and then use the img codes to manually put it in. Only way to get rupees easily is win tournaments on tourney nights or donate to the site. Aaaand yes it is possible theres no limit on what your Trainer card can have on it's sprite

I.. assume by "pose" you mean gender. There is a site shop item that changes your gender to the opposite one, which is really the only way to use the clothes of the opposite pose I suppose. lol

These seems more like you want someone to make the team for you, not to help you with it. I'm also assuming this is for PO meaning you could look here for sets for certain Pokemon.
