    It's a bug with the targeting system of his ultimate. That's all I know. (Viktor's E uses the same two-point aiming system, which is why he is disabled as well.)

      As a Diana main, same here. I see him as a Diana with more outplay potential (less burst @lvl6, way more late game).

    A reddit survey placed Shovel Knight, King K Rool and Isaac as the top 3 most in-demand characters, followed by Snake, Wolf and the Ice Climbers. I don't like the idea of Inkling being a character...I dunno why. Bandana Dee is pretty back there in the poll, and Shantae...is way behind. Hadn't even heard of her before. We've been waiting for Isaac for a while though...that man deserves justice.

    Here's what I voted on. Rules 3-stock, 8-minute. Legal Stages Battlefield, Final Destination, Town & City, Smashville, Duck Hunt, Halberd, Delfino Plaza, Skyloft, Kongo Jungle, Lylat Cruise, Castle Siege Uncertain Stages Orbital Gate Assault, Pilotwings, Kalos Pokemon League, Pokemon Stadium 2 (would depend on whether or not you can still trip on Ice mode) Custom Moves BANNED. There should be some fun little tourneys where this is allowed though. Mii Fighter Movesets Although I was initially indifferent about Mii Fighters, I eventually said Banned due to the amount of headaches that debate between default size and movesets would cause.

    He has 80% AP total for his Q, 80% AP on his shield, and 130% on his ultimate... I'll be building AP.

    Ekko's voice actor is Antony Del Rio. He voices Pit and Dark Pit in Kid Icarus Uprising and Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS, and Chico from the Metal Gear Solid series.

    The new skins on the PBE are: Sandstorm Ekko Nightmare Tryndamere Order of the Lotus Irelia Knockout Lee Sin (30's-style boxer/street-fighter thing, hard to describe.) I will have more pics in a bit. Knockout Lee Sin looks like a 1350 or maybe even a Legendary skin
