Hate to burst your bubble, but there's probably a better Pokemon to use Power Split with Cofagrigus's Special Attack being 95 base. Ideally, you'd want the user's Special Attack to be low, to maximize the effect of neutering the opponent's offensive stats. If you're going to use Power Split, it has to be a stalling set (similar to what Baka has), because Shadow Ball still isn't going to do as much as it should.

It has enough power to one- or two-shot many offensive Pokemon after a Nasty Plot, and this set takes advantage of such. The way you set up is Nasty Plot then Trick Room (as Cofagrigus can deal with it), but the order can be reversed if the Pokemon before you seems to be a threat to 2HKO (which isn't that common). After that, Shadow Ball and Hidden Power [Fighting] provide flawless coverage, meaning there is a lot that Cofagrigus kills. What's even better is the number of Pokemon in UU, which happens to be chock full of Fighting-types, which our coffin friend can switch into and set up on without much of a problem: Machamp can't even 2HKO it with Payback, Huge Power Azumarill's Aqua Jet is laughable, and a bunch of other things can't resist just giving it the opportunity to set up.

You should add Night Slash as an option, Wes. More Pokemon resist it, but at least you don't have the potential to become a laughingstock as you are forced to face the truth that even Blissey forces Heracross out.

This bear I would argue does better in the world of Pokemon than on the Fields of Justice. Which is good, because there aren't any level 18 scrubs around these parts - level 100 or bust, baby. Facade on a statused Guts Ursaring is one of the most powerful attacks in the game, its only competition being Haxorus's or Kyurem-B's Outrage, Kyurem's or Kyurem-W's Draco Meteor, and Rampardos's Head Smash. That's a damn good facade. Crunch shreds Ghosts. Close Combat isn't as powerful as Facade but it hits things super-effective. Fire Punch allows Ursaring to keep that whole fire thing that made Tibbers a famous teddy bear.

Then again, so will Megahorn, albeit to a lesser extent. Stone Edge gets Chandy and all those bastards. Choose Swarm for "immediate" power on Megahorn or Moxie for the long term.
