Judo-Wrath Poliwrath (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Water Absorb EVs: 176 HP / 80 Atk / 252 SDef Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) / Sassy Nature (+SDef, Spd) - Substitute - Bulk Up - Circle Throw / Brick Break - Payback / Waterfall Poliwrath puts the "Bulk" in "Sub Bulk Up". Here's a set that plays to said advantage. Substitute will be your best friend here, to avoid wayward status. Bulk Up works to improve not only attack power but Poliwrath's weaker Defense, more or less assuring it no longer gets OHKOed. Then it's time to start throwing attacks and Pokemon around. Circle Throw gets that thing out of your sight, doing some crazy damage in the process. The last attack depends on how much you fear Frillish and co.. If you answered yes to this question, use Payback. If you answered no, use Waterfall.

Yo - Regarding Tyranitar: just me, but this set is really odd. Pursuit being your strongest STAB is kind of risky, isn't it? Also Flamethrower would probably be better in this case, because you don't want Tyranitar to be a sitting duck in case it misses, and Flamethrower still owns Ferrothorn and that gang, which I assume is the reason Tyranitar knows it. - regarding Landorus: Smack Down + Earthquake. Instant respect. I'm sure there's more I can say on this, but I can't think of it

Just a nitpick, really, but I would replace Emolga with Raikou. While there's a good reason Emolga isn't in Standard often if at all, Raikou doesn't get enough love, either; it's got access to all the same offensive tools Jolteon has, but arguably does it better; furthermore, it counters all formes of Thundurus and Tornadus with impunity thanks to special bulk, Calm Mind and Volt Absorb (although the occasional HP Ground from Tornadus may give it some trouble). Xiph can tell you how easily it rips rain teams in two. In my opinion, CatDog needs to go in here if you're gonna list alternatives for Jolteon.

Why else did you think they made Anivia free to play? Anyway, 5th game in a row I've had a hardcore feeder on my team and stared at complete and utter defeat, and again it happened. The only beef I have with this game is that it makes it really easy to make certain players look good when they really are not, and vice versa when such happens. Only compounding the issue is the fact that I've been the scapegoat almost every time (even though I was on par with the others on my team), and promptly and without fail, the feeder/killstealer/whatever asks everybody on the team to report the scapegoat, which...yeah. Nothing from the Tribunal yet, at least. You guys have got it easy at level 30... So I'd like to think. brb hustling my ass to level 30

That was a fucked up game. I killed Ashe before minions even spawned, as I ambushed her from the grass and silenced her more or less into submission, but it was all downhill from there. The guy with three Doran Shields is a telling story of why I lost, imo. And LeBlanc was a total bitch. EDIT: Nope. This is definitely a special case.

If ya want a sash revenge killer, put Mach Punch somewhere in there and give Attack some more EVs

Yo Salac Berry on Haxorus is pretty much pointless when it gets Dragon Dance. Replace Rock Slide with it and Salac Berry with...I dunno, something. Lum Berry, perhaps. You got a rapid spinner, so I may sound crazy, but a Focus Sash on Armaldo might be cool to tell Kingdra or other swimmers who try to capitalize to gtfo. Bulldoze will force the switch or risk getting gutted with an X-Scissor, especially Ludicolo, as you'll possibly get two attacks on the opponent. Defensive EVs on Starmie are kinda useless. It learns Cosmic Power if you REALLY want it to go defensive. Take those defenses-invested EVs and dump them into Special Attack. Infernape's a fast dude. Give it a Life Orb or Expert Belt to increase the damage output unless you want to run Stealth Rock instead of something. 7/10 is my rating. The concept is pretty swish, but it needs some retooling.
