Two things because I don't actually have too much room to rate and/or criticize when I don't play much myself- 1) I personally really like the title, if only because of the references involved, well played 2) Why Jolly nature on Flygon if you're also running a Scarf? 299 doesn't really seem "moderately powerful," in the OU metagame, I think... Rest of the team seems pretty solid- I do like the sort of volt-turn thing you have going with Flygon and Rotom, and no visible weaknesses come to mind. I'm not sure about Celebi being the only fighting resist when you have Blissey and Tyranitar, but the recovery is there I suppose.

Oh, I forgot to mention how absolutely useless champion select is at actually telling why x counters y because nobody can ever agree on something and it's always "Just played against a Diana, have to admit the shield is really annoying, but I won without a problem." and "but even than your Q costs sooo much mana and to block Zed's spells with your shield you have to spend even more mana" instead of actually explaining why Diana should beat Zed like the page says IF I WANTED TO KNOW HOW ZED BEATS DIANA I WOULD LOOK AT HIS PAGE AND I DON'T CARE HOW YOU PLAY 1900 ELO AND IT'S NOT A PROBLEM FOR YOU im literally just looking for the smallest things to be mad about right now and i have this fun ability to be mad at just about anything if i want to maybe thats why i play this game because i fit right in

that feel when you pick Katarina and are matched against Lux, go "lol this'll be easy" 2/12. so i pick her again obviously not happy with that. on the loading screen, i see- leona sion fizz hecarim and ezreal. i went into that game already wanting to kill myself. but apparently it was a winnable lane! i dont think i ulted once and once again it seems like every jungler i ever go up against performs flawlessly but when i try it it's abysmal at best why do i play this game.

Personally, I agree that Kyurem-W is better, but they're not very comparable due to being on opposite sides of the attacking spectrum- and even then you'll need a better reason than that to bring something down from Ubers. As for my opinion on the topic, if it had Ice STAB I might've actually been afraid of it, but really, all it has is Dragon a single non-STAB Electric move, and a relatively low speed. The lack of Earthquake really hurts especially when Reshiram gets both Earthquake and Earth Power hahahaha and Ice is a pitiful defensive type- echoing Slant, the fact that it's weak to the two most common priority moves is a pretty big killer. Stealth Rock as well, though personally I don't run it on a few teams, would probably murder it due to most sets being choiced and required to switch in and out unless you're at the point where it'll just sweep with Outrage or something. The typing really lets it down, doubly so because it carries the weaknesses of the ice type, but none of the strengths. tl;dr it's not something I'd be particularly afraid of- though I don't battle much and actually never on the ladder so idk
