I'll tell you the same thing I told Dragonz last night: Nature Power = Earthquake. Use it. Double Edge is stronger than Return/Frustration and the recoil can be healed off by Horn Leech. It's risky, but whoaaa does it hurt.

The league is different and a matter of persistence with a single team... Anyone who's actually trying could finish it, given enough time. We shouldn't base this on wins in the league, much as it could be an indication; it's not the best one.

I'll say more when it's not 4 AM, but, I'm with Bullet in terms of typing; at least the steel half, anyway. If we're gonna make something stall, we want resistances, and lots of them. Steel just so happens to be the type with a lot of resistances. Not quite known for their speed, however, so... It's a little iffy. Currently, the fastest steel types are Cobalion and Durant, at 108 and 109 base, respectively... That's... Not fast. Not in a metagame with scarfed pokemon running around freely; some of which are Fire-type or carry Fire attacks. Anyway I guess my point is, before any details, I'm at least voting that the Pokemon in question ends up being part Steel. The sheer amount of resistances would be welcomed on a Pokemon meant to stall.
