Flareon is already amazing in VW/BB, just saying. And yes, Cherrim could stand to be better... As for any ideas of my own, Ariados needs to be better somehow... At least, like, higher attack to abuse with Trick Room or Agility, and perhaps just MAYBE something better than Bug Bite? At least give it Technician or something... Right, exactly, and that's why I'm asking instead of saying "LET'S DO THIS GUYS!" Failing to make a useable Cloud Nine Pokemon, other options I'd like to see... Well, we have a solid Nasty Plot sweeper, and enough Pokemon in existence to Swords Dance properly for the next few generations; as such I propose one of the following: Submission 1: We all know Agiligross had its time in the spotlight; A strong Pokemon but pitiful speed, remedied easily by Agility. I'd like to see more Pokemon like this, but ones that can do it successfully. Not something like Aggron or Rhyperior with two 4x weaknesses that are hard NOT to run into, moreso on Aggron's case. Submission 2: Where are the mixed sweepers? Mixape had a legacy in Gen4 with its ability to break the incredibly common SkarmBliss combo... Work Up is an amazing move giving +1 in both attacking stats... But nothing capable of using it is good enough in either speed, or either of its offensive stats to do so well enough. So how about it?

True, I thought of that while I was thinking of the wording of the ability... I guess Cloud Nine could work fine. However, my second question remains, aside from Bullet's answer: Can we all agree, at least before going into the specifics, that we should make this thing anti-weather?

Well, if I know as much as I think I do about how Ame's mind works, he tried to use his own as the example but then he realized his grandma is probably as crazy as he is (...or, well, other possible, more serious explanations, in which case I now feel like a jerk) so he used someone that we expect might be normal... You do have a point- a point we've noticed and have agreed to attempt to fix, along with the rest of it.

Okay, then, I have one question, and only one question. You must answer it completely and within a single post. Ready? Here it is. Why?

Dual-Screen Lead Serperior (M) @ Light Clay Trait: Overgrow EVs: 252 HP / 24 SDef / 232 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Taunt / Substitute - Glare / Leech Seed - Light Screen - Reflect This is a set I used to use on an older version of my league team, before I finalized the 5th gen changes. You can tell, I have this thing for Pokemon with Light Screen and Reflect. What sets Serperior apart is its speed. With the given EVs, you reach 352 speed, which is far faster than anything else that would even consider a DualScreen set. You've also got the usual Taunt on the lead, and Glare for whatever might actually be faster. But speaking of Taunt, well. Watch out for it. You'll be forced to switch if you get Taunted, so careful out there. That aside, the rest of the set is rather self-explanatory. Light Screen on a predicted Special Attack, and Reflect on a predicted Physical Attack. Taunt the status moves and... Glare is... A chance at survival? You have options for whatever might come at you. Not Serperior's best set, but it's an alternative to the cookie-cutter Contrary Leaf Storm. Give it a shot. Also, so as not to post another set entirely, I've slashed in Sub and Leech Seed, as they were used on yet a third variation of Serperior that I've tried. Light Screen and Reflect were common factors, though. SubSeeding Grass types... No surprise here.
