    I remember a dream where I was a pikachu that was somehow out in the middle of the ocean. And then a killer whale came up and ate me.

      Probably a Kyogre, as it is biologically based off of an orca.

      Plus, there was a special Pikachu in HGSS, I think, that had Surf. That might explain what it was doing in the middle of the sea.
