I was looking on Tumblr some question about Reborn because i don't have nothing better to do with my life for curiosity, and then i found this. A guy asks Ame where Reborn fits in canon timeline. And Ame replies so: She says that Reborn takes place 8/10 years after XD, and XD takes place around 5 years after the Kanto/Hoenn events, wich means that Reborn is set 13/15 years after gen 1/3 games. This also means that Shelly is probably already born during HGSS events, considering that the game takes place 3 years after gen 1/3 and 2 years before XD. I will update the post with this new information when i've some free time.

You don't need any mod, you just need to change the internal time of your PC. Trust me, it works! As i said in a previous comment, they might add the EV Overflow mod, but i think could be too op with the new EV sistem, so i would opt for a post game/late game(post Saphira) purchasable items

Is possibile that AgateCity is just AgateVillage moved to Reborn by a mysterious force, but i think the Agate in question is not from the same universe. Let me explain. If we take my timeline as true, Colosseum takes place 13/12 years before Reborn, while XD 8/7. If it's the same Agate from Colosseum it means that Agate City was built just around 7/6 years ago, wich is unlikely considering that in AgateCity there is an house that seems to belong to Sirius before he joined Team Meteor, and consequently before the death of Corey's wife, so more than 12 years ago.
