Speculations on tiers the remaining legendaries/forms would be in?

After finally getting Arceus yesterday, that got me thinking about the rest of the legendaries and forms of existing ones being in the Reborn universe. Where do you think the remaining legendaries would land? 

 

The ones I can think of are:

-Zacian

-Zamazenta

-Eternatus

-Calyrex + forms

-Glastrier

-Spectrier

-Enamorus

 

Also:

-would origin form move Dialga up?

-would origin form move Palkia up?

 

Hope I'm not missing anything on this list. Since we might not get a Reborn with these I thought a little creative exercise would be fun. I imagine you'd find Zacian and Zamazenta in the castle. Makes perfect sense and maybe the Eternatus portal would be in the spot that you fought the legendary dragon before obtaining your badge. There's a lot of potential in this expansive game for more legendaries and plenty of unused locations for them.

Reborn won't have pokemon past generation 7. Unless something happens and they decide to patch in some specific content. Development for this game is officially completed, post the upcoming release.

Many latter generation pokemon have their data in the game. However all sprites are missing (If you spawn one with debug it will crash on inspection, but one can use a placeholder or adapt the ones from rejuv) and I'm not sure all abilities and moves are well tested. But it is quite curious.

The mod Plates of Arceus will implement all legendaries from later generations. Gen 8 Pokémon are already in the current version.

I can’t wait!  That reminds me to get back to playing now that I’ve completed Reborn!

Generation 9 isn't even out yet in the mainline games.

 

And it'll take a while for the base stats to be datamined, the new moves to be worked into Essentials, the new pokemon to be given sprites...

I know I'll bump this topic, but let me do my take.

 

Galarian Legendary Birds are Tier 2.

Enarmorus is Tier 2 like the other Forces of Nature.

Regieleki/drago are in Tier two like other regis

Zacian, Zamazenta and Eternatus might as well be Tier 7 even though the other two probably see no use.

Calyrex is Tier 1. Steeds are Tier 3? Forms aren't available until 7...

Zarude is probably Tier 2.

Meltan/Melmetal is Tier 4 I guess.

Origin forms do nothing to D and P.

Let's wait and see in Plates of Arceus.
