Frostilicious Posted September 23, 2021 Share Posted September 23, 2021 If you have the broken key, you'll need to fix it in akuwa town, by turning in some materials at the locksmith there. You need to chase the thief around, until he actually gives you the painting (underground, in grand dream city is where that ends). Afterwards (once you've restored the broken key), as mentioned above, you hung the painting on the wall and a room is unlocked on the left side!
