Deatheye28 Posted August 3, 2020 Share Posted August 3, 2020 So, i decide to train my excadrill to have more speed, so i decide train the EVs of him until reach to 252 but the problem is that the speed of the base stat didnt change when speed was on 0, his speed was 102 and now that i increase his speed to 252, the speed still being the same, 102, i dont understand why it didnt change, please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Edo Posted August 3, 2020 Share Posted August 3, 2020 this is the first time I'm seeing this. Maybe it is caused by the level cap, tho I feel like it shouldn't. Did you try leveling it to see if that changes anything? Or reduce it's level with candy?
