Tldr, I think Melia thinks we know about as much as they do about this whole situation if you answer correctly. Honestly, I would have agreed with that sentiment too up until this version. Now, I'm not too sure. I think a part of us knows something. Why else would we ignore Nymiera like that? Ugh, I just need to know more!!! 1

There are three in total in the game, first one is at wetland laboratory, second one is at valor mountain summit but i cannot find the third one. Plus i don't know what exactly is their purpose.

Is it only available via the golden item for it? (and if so then how can I grind AP for it) Or is the HM available somewhere?

It doesn't work like that in reborn, you get dive by solving a pokemon puzzle in the Agate Circus. I spent so much cash to get over 9000, I got a ton of nice's, weak, etc... btw, are you trying to do the zorrialyn labyrinth? I think that's the only place where dive will work for now

I think that's the only place where dive will work for now I thought you needed dive to get to the back of aquamarine cave so you could do the restoration quest. I found another way though. And really the labyrinth is the ONLY place for dive this version? meh at least it exists there I can finish exploring it.

I'd recommend checking out the zorrialyn labyrinth, you get some unique items like the crests (you'll figure what those are once you're done), you hear another story about Aevium's history and a little bit more about the garufa. Check the item list for V11 to make it easy to explore
