Originally I had believed reconstructing the old one wouldn't be possible because I thought incompatibility between that and the new forum upgrade was causing the CSS issues with the ugly layout. BUT since that's apparently not the case, as we're still having those issues, that means the old skin may still yet work. Maybe. Dunno. Have to resolve the other issue first.
