Since there seems to be an array of topics on individual questions everywhere, I've created some general topics to ask them in, just for neatness.

In this topic, you can ask about any problems you're having regarding in-game quests and pokémon locations, along with anything else of the sort. Have at it, you phoenixes.

Does the Pulse Tangrowth change type? I noticed that when my Grovyle hits it with Fury Cutter, it doesn't give a super-effective message and the damage doesn't seem to make any significant increase.

I think that PULSE Tangrowth is Grass / Poison.

I'm sure it is but if I'm wrong someone will step in with the correct answer.

Not yet, but in E16, the Department Store will sell them if you can reach a high enough floor (F9 or 10 I believe).

I see...Is it the same for every evolving stone?? You can't buy any of 'em??

Yeah, but they'll be available on the same floor as Link Stones.

You can also get some of them by Mining, I think you can't get Dusk, Dawn, Shiny, or Link Stones though.

you cant get link stone by mining, but you can find it in some places on ground.

Question i found Shiny Charm so the chance to find shiny was 1/200 how much is it now?

If I am remembering correctly the chance goes from 1/100 to 3/100 with the shiny charm.

Mining stones don't respawn. You can get blast powder from 7th street which lets you mine the rock twice but that's it.

cynx is right, it's in Calcenon. (The shiny charm)

But the event for it will only occur if you don't give the Ruby Ring to a certain... icehole.

We still don't know the source of the voice I believe. There has been some speculation on what it could be, but nothing has been confirmed.

Okay, so I have a shiny porygon and want to evolve it into porygon-Z. I have a dubious disk, gave that to him and wanted to use the linkstone, but it didnt work. Anyone knows whats wrong?

You need to evolve it to porygon2 with an upgrade first, then give it the dubious disk.

I want to get a Scraggy, and I have the Dull Key and my Dugtrio has Rock Smash. Where exactly in the Obsidia Slums do I go?

The best way I can describe it is for you to enter from the coral ward side. Make your way through the rooms until you get to one shaped like a U (I think it's the third room) go up the stair and enter the door and the top of the next room. There should be a fence and gate which you can unlock with the dull key.

I think it's 3x in the main games too, but in reborn we're starting with a much higher chance already.
