I played a bit around with them and, just as the boy next to the counter says, one can only use the ones with the badge requirement fulfilled. Since the last badge of V10 gives us the possibility to fly I wanted to try the Golden Wings. But I cannot activate them. Could anybody help me. Also, out of interest: Have you bought one of them? And even if that wasnt the case, after finishing V10 a message says that fly will be available in V11 and i assume that includes golden items as well. Presumably we will get fly in v11, when we can get in Gearen back in legit ways. I bought, i think, Cut, Rock Smash and Fly, but i am using a mod, that makes HM's unneeded honestly. Autumn Zephyr Posted April 10, 2018 Share Posted April 10, 2018 Considering that Venam specifically states that you can use the Time Crystals (or whatever they're actually called) as shortcuts when you return to Gearen that way, I'm more inclined to believe that it's an intentional workaround. Using them to cheat the GDC train station of cash, on the other hand... I'll probably pick up the Surf one when I get around to hitting up the shop. I'm kinda lacking in Water Typed team members, and none of my main team are pokemon that can learn it anyway (like nidoking and silvally), so I frequently find myself renting out a team spot for the sake of travel. Spoiler Breeding for shiny pokemon could be one way to stomach the hatch 100 egg one. Completing the pokedex as much as possible can help with the catch pokemon one.
