Stealth Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 I'ma jump on this too. last I heard (V9) the only way to get it was with the elekid itself. I don't think we've had it added yet in V10, but if someone has managed to find one outside of the elekid capture I got my emoji at the ready.
