The Radiant Aeon Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 (edited) oh? Details pls~ Nothing set in stone yet, but changes are made mostly to Viktor's Passive, Q (Poke Shield), and Ultimate. From the recent info released, the Hex Core can be upgraded multiple times, boosting stats and augmenting his abilities. Eventually the Hex Core will be upgraded into the strongest AP item purchasable for Viktor (and thus in the entire game). No info regarding Q and R, a bunch of performance and bugs left to go, but he'll be here soon. (Edit: By soon it is probably a few months or patches.) The changes Riot are going for are to make Viktor "ALL POWERFUL AND PERFECT" following his theme of the Glorious Evolution, which in Live he is anything but. They'll be releasing updates sometime later, possibly changes to his laser, time trap, or additions or removals of current updates. Right now Viktor is a character that some people like ,such as myself, and want to achieve his Glorious Evolution. But yeah, that's pretty much Riot's method; it has helped some champions, thankfully, as seen in the patch before Gnar's, as it helped to balance out the choice of carries in botlane. Quote

I feel as if they focused so much more about the fact that she is half dragon rather than that she is also just as much human. Maybe they're trying to show that she's accepting her dragon blood now contrary to her desire for belonging reflected in the lore. She just looks so jagged and destructive now and I don't really like that. She's supposed to be beautiful, which is part of why she's deceiving. You wouldn't expect a beautiful woman on the battlefield to just turn into a dragon in an instant would you? Quote

Just because she has a desire for belonging, doesn't mean she looks more natural; it means she looks less natural. Her dragon-half is the cause of it in the first place and to emphasize on that is to show that. Quote
