Kiozo Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 I'm willing to bet that a lot of the lower tier movements aren't even relevant anymore because so many things changed. When something's too good, the rest usually isn't able to keep up with it. I saw a lot down there that's able to keep up with each other, and such a massive movement drastically changes the metagame and makes the reasoning behind it rather irrelevant. My thoughts atm. Quote

Kiozo Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Stereotypically, when you see a rise you see less of it because people think as a ' new ou' pokemon it still isn't good enough, and consequently when you see something go down everyone uses it because they think it's too goo. Might be different here though. Who knows? And I'm not surprised Rotom Water made it up a tier. Quote
