Kiozo 0 Posted March 18, 2012 Share Posted March 18, 2012 I'm willing to bet that a lot of the lower tier movements aren't even relevant anymore because so many things changed. When something's too good, the rest usually isn't able to keep up with it. I saw a lot down there that's able to keep up with each other, and such a massive movement drastically changes the metagame and makes the reasoning behind it rather irrelevant. My thoughts atm. Kiozo 0 Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 Stereotypically, when you see a rise you see less of it because people think as a ' new ou' pokemon it still isn't good enough, and consequently when you see something go down everyone uses it because they think it's too goo.
