You are able to read, or not? My Name is BrutaLotus, part of it is from "Brutalanda" => "Salamence". So this is a fusion with Dialga, Skarmory and Salamence. And for the black background, I found this fusion with some annoying numbers in the background, but I'm not so skilled with paint that I can change that into some beach or mountain background. And what part of it is "Zoomed out"? The dragon itself is original from the artist who made it, only the background was changed (except for those ittybitty tiny eyes, which I made a little bigger, but they are still too small) And if I'm in a forum and I got to make an avatar which represents ME in it, I take one which got a connection to the name I took for that forum.
