Version 7 Bug Reporting Thread.

I can do that one event when you enter West Gearen Sewer Entrance beside this showing up

but after that everything just slow down(It start slowing down when after the "Outtttttttttttttttttttt") and every time I go in to a wild pokemon battle, open up the menu/pc, jump into the thing or if I some how made it through all that the start of an event it freeze. The music keep playing but everything else stop moving. I make sure I was in the game window and everything. I'm not really sure is because of my mac or the game. Should I wait for version 8 or something?

Is it possible that freeze it because I didn't change my clothes

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but I cannot pass over the bridge that is made by the Conkeldurr in the "building bridges" ranger mission. It just gives me the noise that I get when I'm hitting a wall.

You're using Wine emulator right? If so, it may be that the music in the sewers may be the cause of the problem. Try deleting the song that plays in the Sewers and/or the battles there and see if it helps any.

no it didn't help. It just seem to make it worse

Edit: I found the antenna, but the original one is still there and can't be interacted with.

Just gonna point out that that is supposed to be like that. They dispatched a repair.

I enterd the 8 badge room with only 7 badges

Same here. You can get to the defense card room when you've only beaten Angie. I kinda liked getting it at that point so I wouldn't have to go back :P, but it is a bug and should be reported.

Sidenote: After you beat Amber the text about you having just finished version 6 and having to save in Amber's gym before updating and all that is still there as of V7.

Edit: Also, there is an issue in the west Gearen news area on the second floor, if you are in the leftmost room with the two people at the table and the elevator and go through the right door, it totally skips the central area and goes straight to the rightmost room with nothing in it.

Edit 2: Also, Amaria's Fennekin at the start has tackle, when it's actually supposed to have scratch, as it is incapable of learning tackle by any circumstance as far as I can tell from Bulbapedia. This makes it very hard for when I have a run where I pick a weak starter at first and I need to get past Amaria :P

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I traded a male Cherubi for a Bunnelby in the Aqua Apartments at Gearen City, and I actually got an Egg in return. Is that supposed to happen? (I apologize if this question is in the wrong spot, didn't know where to post it.)

ETA: Didn't see Foxmask's post on the same issue, not sure how to delete this post :/

I'm in the West Gearan Sewers, and every time I encounter the garbador, I get a debug message. The game doesn't crash then, but it freezes on the next encounter. The first few times, I was able to save and reload without a problem, but there's no chance to save when you battle it.

Extra info: I am playing on Mac + Wine, if that makes any difference

Ok so I am doing the lost camp stuff and Maman had her "incident" and I get sent into her house. When I walk down the stairs the little girl looks at me then looks away and it wont let me move, I can only save the game and its just a forever freeze. I did this before and this event didnt trigger, I saved the game next to Maman, reload it and it triggers so I can't really escape this.

This is possibly due to its cry? If you delete file 569_1 in the Audio/SE folder, it should work fine.

when you enter the library in gearen city you can fight ren, even when you have not been in the sewers and beaten gardobor before. anyways ren tells you that you should fight him after "that fight" against the gardobor.. i think there is a mistake in the order ren appears in the library

I believe it's fixed in 7.1

Also Jan, I found a somewhat major error on Wispy path. If you try to surf right here, post-56599-0-04403700-1459000710_thumb.png

it lets you surf but you don't move position. You can surf on land and move like that until you go on to a body of water (it realizes then and when you go back to land it doesn't let you surf on it). You can also go up stairs and such and move around a ton until you totally change screens. There are also various graphical glitches. But past that, it explains itself.

when i fight against eli and sharon on top of the valor mountain it actually looks like im about to battle with venam 2vs2 but its always 1vs2... is that supposted to be?

Yep. A lot of Team Xen battles that should be 2v2 end up being 2v1, particularly with Eli and Sharon.

I hit a Charizard with smack down in the fire leader fight and it resisted it. That means field effects aren't working as you intend them to, they're not adding types onto moves, they're completely changing the type of the move.

So it's not a game breaking bug but I'm currently grinding up levels and I noticed that while I was battling Clown Indra in the Agate Circus versus his set of red pokemon. He leads with a Scizor and I switch in my Ampharos with the ability Static (paralyze on contact) and when the Scizor used U-turn the Static ability activated however the paralysis applied to the Porygon-Z that he ended up switching into rather than the Scizor before officially leaving the field.

I noticed that Narcissa's AI is a bit broken.

The AI isn't aware of the haunted field and never uses Ghostly Wail on Normal-Type Pokemon, causing problems like:
Drifblim only using Hypnosis+Dream Eater and passing Tailwind.
Mismagius refusing to use Ghostly Wail against Normal-Type Pokemon.
Spiritomb only using Hypnosis+Dream Eater and occasionally Spite.
Rotom using Thunderbolt as its only offensive move (Diggersby can easily stall it to death)

This makes Sawsbuck (Normal/Grass) able to seed all of the aforementioned Pokemon to death. Is this intended or not?

This occurred after the battle on the dock with the biker thugs who stole the Starly. My Torchic (my only Pokemon) was poisoned during the battle and was exhausted of all his HP while walking back to the Pokemon center. I re-did the fight to see if it would happen again and it did.
