damurdara Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 So I've seen some people do it but personally it feels like something disgusting to do. So, would you? Quote
dead account Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 No. I don't understand why anyone would do that. Ketchup on chips or a breakfast roll? Sure, knock yourself out. Ketchup with something that already has a different sauce entirely in it? Ew. No. Quote
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted November 7, 2015 Global Mods Posted November 7, 2015 No, it might clash with the tomato sauce. Unless the ketchup is used as a substitute for tomato sauce, in which case I'd still prefer tomato sauce. Quote
Lostelle Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 No, I wouldn't, but same thing goes for eggs, I think it's gross. Others like it. Quote
mde2001 Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Well this is strange for Australians. What we call tomato sauce is pretty much your ketchup (there is some ketchup available but it isn't really like yours I don't think). But either way no. I wouldn't put Australian tomato sauce or ketchup on a pizza. Quote
Vlado Vladimir Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Nope, I love hot sauce so there's no space left for Ketchup. Quote
Skullgasher Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 (edited) Nope. Pizza and ketchup just don't mix. You're in the clear buddy. Edited November 7, 2015 by Skullgasher Quote
Hexagoen Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Y'all are pussies. I did it once. It tasted amazing. There is nothing to be ashamed of by eating pizza with ketchup. Quote
TRHStatement Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Ranch is the only acceptable topping sauce for pizza Quote
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted November 7, 2015 Global Mods Posted November 7, 2015 I now want to try pizza with chocolate syrup as the sauce. Quote
TRHStatement Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 I think chocolate syrup would go great with apple cinnamon pizza Quote
dead account Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Chocolate sauce on a pizza just sounds like a heart attack waiting to happen. Quote
Cyaloom Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 I have never seen or eaten pizza with the ingredients you mentioned (except tomatoes)... Also I am Italian. (pizza traditionally comes from Naples in Italy) Quote
Support Squad Felicity Posted November 7, 2015 Support Squad Posted November 7, 2015 I thought ketchup was tomato sauce I'll put bbq on i if I feel like it Quote
Veterans Zumi Posted November 7, 2015 Veterans Posted November 7, 2015 my dad does for some reason and i have no idea why because it seems nasty Quote
Shad_ Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 To put ketchup on a pizza? Damn no, it would be almost a crime in my country (well, i'm italian lol) Quote
laggless01 Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 No. Enough tomatoes already in the sauce. (Perhaps if you would pour fries over it first, but that's merely speculation, and I would still be unlikely to do so, I think.) Quote
Combat Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I've had Cheese Burger Pizza before, which has ketchup, mustard, and pickles on it. So I guess I would/have. Quote
Froiky Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 Yes. Well it depends on the quality. If it's Dominos or Pizza Hut I would never. Yet in high school I always dipped my pizza in ketchup whether it had cheese filled crust or not. It just made sense. Now I'm more likely to dip my pizza in Ranch dressing. Quote
The5ilverback Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 I would try it as it may enhance the flavour and I love me a Pizza Quote
