I don't think it's been said how many there will be, but considering act 1 = 8 gyms, I'd guess 3. The second having a similar length to act 1, and the third wrapping everything up with the last few gyms, final battle with Team Xen and/or Theolia, and the E8. The only other time I've seen it done was in Final Fantasy Tactics, and the acts were used to mark a jump in the time frame. Otherwise, if there isn't anything that the acts are separating, they are just a title screen. I wonder if that means v7 is going to be quite different in some way?
