Smiggy Posted May 23, 2015 Share Posted May 23, 2015 I started a steel mono run....instant regret....I mean I made it past Julia decently easily but the lack of pokemon and lack of diversity is just gonna kill me. I just have no desire to continue with steel. Any one have any ideas on a type that would be fun to use? I was thinking Psychic, Dark, or Ghost but I'm open to all options. EXCEPT STEEL!!!! Fumble Posted May 23, 2015 Share Posted May 23, 2015 Rock Dragon Fairy Dark! You can get some pretty nice ones, and when Lapis Ward comes, more just start coming in! Roskis Posted May 23, 2015 Share Posted May 23, 2015 (edited) I myself did a steel run and i've beaten every gym leader up to this patch. It was really hard at first but once i got my Bronzong with trick room, fights became super easy. Even the fire gym leader was easy to beat, first i used trick room and then spammed rock slide on my Aggron. Steel run was really fun to do, at first it was hard but once your pokemon starts to evolve it became super easy.
