Also carries a chance to speak with Astros. 2. Go find a faction. 3. Strike out on your own and hunt for monsters and information. Your destinations are: 1. Uptown or the richer part of the city. News reports indicate a spike in suicide rates in the area. 2. The inner city, which is one of the poorer areas and the domain of the Protectors. 3. The slums, the other poor area and where the Preservers hang out. Takeshi's territory is near here. 4. The middle-class residential districts. There are a few Loners around here. 5. The normal commercial districts. More Loners than #4, since there's a bit more unused space and more people pass through regularly.

EDIT: and since I don't see it having been asked anywhere here before: just out of curiosity, how does the whole Factions Primary and Secondary Talents thing work? Are those who join endowed with those certain capabilities alongside their actual powers, or... is it something else?
