Technically, in the case of "Limited event", the "only available when choosing starter" just applies to totodile. Otherwise it just means "Only one available" there is actually a Sneasel event, someone has a thread on it as part of something he/she found from coding in the ability to climb waterfalls Link to post Share on other sites
