mar_mar Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Hello to you all again! I had a discussion with my best-friend on the phone and we were talking about emotions and stuff and it suddenly that question came to my mind in general. So..which emotion describes you best and why? (It can be more than one, just in case you feel to say more). Quote
Deleted User Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Frustration. There are so many adjectives I could identify myself with, but in general, for emotions it would definitely be frustration. I'm never satisfied with the way things are but at the same time I usually am not outgoing enough to completely tackle the issues to the degree I'd like. Quote
Hypa Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) Bi-polarbear :3 not an emotion but its as acurate as something can be to describe how i am emotionally Edited November 18, 2014 by HyperKiller Quote

Support Squad Felicity Posted November 18, 2014 Support Squad Posted November 18, 2014 Is Eccentric an emotion? I feel like it should be. If anything, it'd be determined. 'm a Stubborn ass mofo. Quote
GotWala Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Detached, I would say. In essence, I always look at things in the big picture with little to no consideration for how I would personally feel. The big picture is usually all that matters to me, and my idealistic pragmatism honestly comes off as arrogant, haha. (Y'know, I don't think self-deprecation is an emotion, but if so, it might be another accurate one, haha) Quote
Sonikku Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Untameable. I like to do my own thang, not following the big crowd. I am constantly told I am "crazy" and or 'different". But I am completely fine with that tag. In fact I am proud to have it. Quote
Chevaleresse Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Passionate. I don't feel or think about things mildly. There's no anger, just rage. No sadness, just depression. No happiness, just bliss. Quote
VoidStar Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) I do believe that I am normally jolly, joyful and such now, as well as optimistic, (yes I know that's a trait not an emotion). I used to be very serious and empty, but if you know me then you know what changed that ^^ I'm sure that it takes two to know the "real" answer to this, but my friends literally just said the same thing. You may know who you are better than anyone else in the world, but most of what you think you are comes from the opinions of others. Mostly negativity, sadly Have a good day everyone!~ ^v^ Edited November 18, 2014 by VoidStar Quote

Soft Taco Bear Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Is "rollercoaster" an emotion? Quote
GotWala Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I believe it could be easily considered an emotion by a great number of people, haha! *Must resist urge to interject, in a well intentioned way, about how to center and/or focus your emotions while sounding like a busybody* Quote
Soft Taco Bear Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Well in that case: rollercoaster.Right now it's stuck upside down. Quote
AeroWraith Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Kinda hard for me to pick one emotion. I kinda just tend to switch between serious and happiness. Although, its rare for people to see me in a total serious mood. Joy and laughter is mostly seen. I just usually keep the seriousness to myself, which can be good and bad sometimes. Quote
SilverJakler Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 I'd say curiosity. I always wonder "what would that be like" and I always love looking for something new to try out. Quote
Sheep Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Calm. I can't remember the last time I was truly angry, like no seriously, I can't. Quote
Arkhi Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Open.To a fault, I admit. At times, I let things go too easily. Despite that, I don't forget, so pinpointing an exact emotion is tricky. Quote
Administrators Amethyst Posted November 19, 2014 Administrators Posted November 19, 2014 Do I have to say it? Despair. See, to me, despair isn't goal or a cause or a way of life or even an instinct... It's what defines me! Quote
Arkhi Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Do I have to say it? Despair. See, to me, despair isn't goal or a cause or a way of life or even an instinct... It's what defines me! But does it describe you? Quote
Chevaleresse Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 you know what, especially given something that just happened, I've come up with another one PISSED Quote

Maelstrom Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Nostalgia. The memory that gives me the most sincere smile while rolling a tear down my cheek. That is the feeling that embodies me. Those moments when that person was there or everything fell into to place just right and existence became worth it. Those moments are gone, but you feel them even now. Times might be hard now, but these gems are anchors in any storm. They happened without searching for them, and in unexpected places. So you know, they'll find you again as long as you keep looking. So maybe nostalgia isn't the right word then. As sappy as it sounds, maybe Hope is the right one. Keep your Despair, Ame. That's just the rough that hides the diamond. Quote
