Download a mod, such as Eeveelutions Reborn, that implements Gen 8 content. Default Reborn does not have Gen 8 content.

Your best bet is to enter and exit out of the puzzle, until you get a combination that only requires 1-2 movements to finish the puzzle. It usually doesn't take too long to get something like that to happen. As for what the finished puzzle looks like, it would be this;

If you want to flat out skip the puzzle with an NG+ star, load this save file from this post, and load into your current save. There should be a Silver NG+ star that will allow you to skip the puzzle, and claim the rewards. That's one way to do it. The issue was being on an older version of the map, thus warping you to the wrong area in Calcenon.

Evs, IVs, perfect natures and abilities are not a requirement to finish the game, it will be easier, but it's certainly not impossible. Breeding is not required either. Changing members of your team is intended, you aren't meant to sweep through the game with one team. Passwords outside of a password pack already exist for a few of the listed things as well.

19.5 is planned, which is a script overhaul, and bug fixes. Nothing known for story changes/additions.

No. Zorua is missable, but it's evolution is in Victory road. Emolga is an encounter in Neo Jasper Ward Helioptile evo is in the desert.
