After converting, you need to interact with your bed. They will disappear once you do that.

I can already tell by the amount of Badges that your savefile has, that you have not finished the E5 story, therefore it cannot be converted. Please read the main post on this thread.

Mons from Gen 7, and any other earlier Gens follow USUM move sets, where Gen 8 mons follow SW/SH movesets.

Black Sludge is an actual item, and is not apart of the quest. Sewer Key is intended to be purple iirc.
