Sirius is a major, reoccurring character but despite this we only battle him once, while we battle other important people like Solaris multiple times so this too could suggest he has a much bigger role coming up(which has been hinted at in a Dev Blog post, though I think it is PULSE related, maybe he wields PULSE Clawitzer?).

I wouldn't be surprised if that's how we take it down. the ai tournament post said the Pulse Clawitzer fight was one of the hardest battles in singles, so I assume there's a full team backing it up. He's also the meteor admin we've battled the least (aside from Lin) so we haven't gotten to see his team develop like the others. There are technically two different fights with him, but they can't be accessed on the same route and the only difference in his team is the levels

If Saphira gets kidnapped in the Chrysolia Arc then Laura has some dialouge about it. It is also hinted at by Sigmund recognising her.

And she didn't seem like a good person back then either. Although Lin is still pretty mysterious, since she is supposed to be around the age of Anna and Noel, yet suddenly this adult appears and takes over Meteor. There are some theories as to why this is the case which I won't get into, but look it up if you want.

Supposedly she aged rapidly due to the weird time flow around the Arceus meteor. Adrienn even said xe saw a girl climbing out. How and why she got down there in the first place is a completely different story tho

Levels don't have that much of an impact on lore. It doesn't, for example, make sense that Corey's entire team is level ~30. It's mostly there for game balancing, if the Absol was level 100 we wouldn't be able to use it.

My head canon is that highly skilled trainers or Pokemon intentionally limit themselves and don't go all out. After all, they're supposed to be beaten. They only really go all out once you've become the strongest trainer in the region (like in Unovas's Elite 4) or in a really high stakes situation (like the Glass Gauntlet)

I doubt we get to steal Lin’s Pokémon, but maybe we get to take back Ame’s…

There's already an event where we can catch her Absol. But aside from Alolan Ninetales we don't even know what the rest of her party is, so Lin most likely has them. I wonder if we can take the dev battle as canon

    True.

Funny to me that fandom adores that lizard, yet GameFreak is more of a... meh.

Like-... Every other Pseudolegend has a significant place in the Champions' teams, or ace of other very prominent Trainers:

    - Dragonite is Lance's ace

    - Metagross is Steven's ace

    - Salamence is Drake's and Zinnia's ace (and used by Lance)

    - Garchomp is Cynthia's ace (and used by Lance and Volo)

    - Hydreigon is Ghetsis' ace and Iris' lead (and used by Lance in PWT)

    - Goodra is Diantha's prominent Pokemon

    - Kommo-o is Mustard's prominent Pokemon

    - Dragapult is Leon's prominent Pokemon

But Tyranitar? The only important Trainer that uses it is Blue, and only on specific occasions: in FRLG rematches and in Battle Tree in USUM. And on the latter, there's a chance it won't be used at all!

On the contrary, in fanmade games there's an unwritten pseudo-rule that says: "If you have a powerful Trainer, and you don't know what to give to it, slap on Tyranitar". It is associated with some villainous team leaders "with class", like Solaris, Reukra or Victor. But many Trainer who specialize in Rock and/or Dark use it if they may, like Luna, Adam or Vivian.

Still, it's a shame Tyranitar didn't get as much of a spotlight in mainline games as it did in VGC or ROM hacks/fanmade games

If we include other media there's a lot more prominent trainers using psedo legends

    - Iris has Dragonite in the anime. Alexandra has one in Rejuvenation, and it's probably Sapphira's ace

    - Colress has Metagross in BW2's postgame (and he can mega evolve it in the Battle Tree). Radomus uses one during both battles in Reborn

    - Heather has a Salamance, and its presumably her ace. Kanon also had one in Rejuvenation

    - Wally gets a Garchomp in ORAS postgame. Its also Terra's ace in Reborn

    - Melia, Damien, and Dr Isha all have Hydreigon in Rejuvenation. And of course its Lin's ace

    - Zinnia and Raihan both use Goodra
    - Cynthia has a Kommo-o in the anime and Masters
    - Geara, Dr Isha, and protagonist Ana all use Dragapult in Rejuventaion (tho only on Intense mode)
As for Tyranitar, I can't name any other major trainers that use it, and Luna didn't even use hers in the Glass Gauntlet. Kinda seems like its getting the short end of the stick

Kangaskhan and pangoro with scrappy and comet punch would like to say hello

I seriously doubt she would use pangoro, since it shares a 4x fairy weakness with her ace. mega kangaskhan is an option with field boosted comet punch and sucker punch, but it has halved speed and it doesn't really fit with Lin's sadistic personality

Reuniclus can do the job too. Plus some other slow, very offensive Pokemon like Rampardos

Reuniclus probably could do well but its weak to dark moves and u-turn, same for Oranguru. Looking at Rampardos's moveset it doesn't seem to learn any physical moves that are boosted by the new world. Ig the hardest part would be setting up trick room in the first place
