I'm guessing it's gonna be similar to Black and White, where you face all the Elite 4 members, but then Team Meteor does something and you have to leave to stop them. At the end, we'll have to battle Lin as the stand-in Champion, and the "real champion", Ame, won't be available to battle until the postgame

Same here. I'm probably gonna finish the main story on my main save file, then start a new run on the Zekrom Route so I can experience both story branches

It's said that the 4 darknesses are, one who embodies greed, one who embodies pure evil, one who embodies obsession and one who embodies betrayal.
I'm practically sure that:
- The one of pure evil is Cassandra
- The one of greed is Mr Blakeory
- The one of obsession is Dr Isha (he's so obsessed with his success rate, he's ready to do everything, even illegal stuff, to maintain it.)
As of the one of betrayal, we thought it was Ren, but it could be Reina, or none of them, I'm really not sure about these two.
Blakeory and Isha are both partners of Cassandra. Does that mean the one of betrayal has also a connection with team Xen? If yes, that means it could be Ren? Not sure about that. Anyway, I'm pretty sure we'll have more interactions with Mr Blakeory and Dr Isha, I really don't think it's the last time we've heard of them. They're both in prison, but nothing says they won't be able to escape
Betrayal could be Madame X, since a lot of people speculate that she's Melia

If Terra changed around when Lin arrived, that could be the start of the possession. Whether Lin's body still exists anywhere is unknown, but if she was somehow harmed by Sigmund, I expect he would be very, very dead.
This is a woman who killed a worthy opponent just to have her out of the way and sacrificed her ally's son. The fact that Sigmund is working with Meteor and is still alive probably doesn't agree with him ever having hurt Lin.
Laura says the last she ever saw from Lin was when she was taken away by Sigmund. There's also a bed in the orphanage with a large red stain, so it's not too far fetched for his therapy to be deadly. I suspect that Lin is keeping him alive for a reason, like the protagonist. Knowing how sadistic she is, she probably has a fate worse than death in mind

Two can play that game.
Some boosting, Baton Passing, switching to some fast and/or bulky sweeper, and better be careful, as I know how to boost-sweep. One mistake... And it's all over.
Unless the field is not beneficial.
Put one of her mons to sleep with yawn, use a stat boosting move like extreme evoboost, then baton pass and sweep. That's pretty much my strategy for every fight and i even have psych up on espeon to keep it going in doubles

Your interpretation works too, I just wanted to be sure if there is a firm info on that. To be fair, I wouldn't go that deep into speculation whether Solaris wanted their real names or wanted names at all. Not that it doesnt make sense, but I wouldnt suspect the devs of this level of planning the design...
I'm pretty sure higher ups like Solaris (except Lin and Taka) are just using code names. Not too sure about the ordinary grunts tho. I kinda assumed SImon and Tara were related based on Simon's reaction

I'm really hoping we get a sidequest with Madelis to continue her character arc. Bonus points if i get a houndoomite so i don't have to keep using mega camerupt

Forgot about Listen, its definitely one of the better starters for me, but its poor speed hinders it.

I would say Blaziken could also be a good team member. Like Camerupt, it appreciates the nerfs to surf and earthquake. It can set up Substitute, Work up or bulk up pretty easily then Baton Pass into another team member. Comfey could also be useful for doubles since floral healing restores more HP and Growth has doubled effects

I always figured that event was just to show how much power Arceus really has. But recently I actually got a crazy idea. What if Arceus creates a new legendary for each one that gets captured? That would explain how all the protagonists can store god like beings in a computer indefinitely without the world getting fucked up

In Rejuv there is a zone called "The Archive" where you can find a note that say how humans can become legendaries, precisely legendaries that can control space, time and antimatter, but maybe also other ones.
Based on this there is a famous theory that says that Madame-X's Yveltal is:
Also we can find two temples with inside Groudon and Kyogre.
Anyway, the devs can always justify them with a space-time distortion.
I'm pretty sure Reborn isn't being made with Rejuvenation's plot in mind, but I trust that the devs will figure out a way to make them compatible. Worst case scenario is that some of Reborn's sidequests might have to be considered "non canon" to Rejuvenation's timeline

i dont think energy ball is available yet. Grass knot is an alternative, and nature power becomes energy ball on grassy terrain.
