  1. played in intense mode, flora route so i couldn't go back and use sylveon (since i had to ev train it and reteach misty terrain). i just went with the most disgusting cheese ie destiny bond + quick claw (focus sash seemed to not fool the AI). unfortunately the claw worked like 1/200 times so it took me 100+ attempts to win
  2. we've already been in kristiline lol, maybe neverwinter it's implied this is a location theme i believe, unless we're being misled anyways, maybe this is the theme for the structure where we're meant to find keta?
  3. no badge constraint if they're at the end of narcissa questline since they need to have beaten the final chapter 14 boss lol
  4. there should be no egg move issue, do the lighthouse quest in kristiline (iirc) then go back to sheridan village, in the move tutor's house. you should be able to reteach egg moves. anyways not sure whether there is any information about RMs, should be the same as regular TMs in gen7
  5. shouldn't affect relationship points, look at chapter 5 in karma points shouldn't be affected either
  6. maybe it's just me but that battle is one of the most overestimated in the game. i'll share what i did during the battle, it's based off intense so it might be slightly inaccurate. everything revolves around having: - stealth rocks - a decent form of speed control explaining myself better, rocks are good because they help you wear down a lot of threats in this battle, namely typhlosion, dragonite (disables multiscale as well), gyarados and marowak. that's a third of their mons who dislike rocks, the rest (exception being clef) still do get hurt so they're already eff
  7. maybe it's not my place to answer this but jan said in the ask questions thread that he'd add dlc mons eventually, whether in a v13 patch or in v14
  8. according to jan's tumblr it's unlikely, though he said it should be testplayed before the end of 2020, so we can expect it early 2021 i think
  9. alright, i think i'll be going for steel then. thanks for all the suggestions!
  10. thank you both for the suggestions. i might try steel, is there any type similar to steel but where the early game isn't only mons which evolve into that type? if not i'll go for steel. ty again
  11. hello. i wanted to play reborn but didnt really enjoy team building at the beginning, as a result i am turning to doing a monotype as my first run of reborn. not sure what type to pick though since i'm not aware of the type matchups (until shade i guess). would rather have a type where: - i don't need mods or debug - dont need to excessively EV train (should be hard enough where i have to actually strategize, but also easy enough where i don't need to grind for 3 hours, since i lack patience) anyone has any suggestion? thanks.
