The grinding I've done consists of breeding, which is optional, and leveling up new team members (1->85). The next update will see various items added to make leveling up extremely fast though, so grinding shouldn't take long at all.

Yep, I was looking through the sprites a while back, saw that and though "that's cool" and set about to get one. I caught the Larvesta normally, and spent way too long breeding for good IVs and shiny. You do get a perfect IV Sylveon once you reach Alamissa?, I've been chain breeding to get IV's on mine.

It took me roughly 16 hours to get this Volcarona.

There is also a fortune teller in a GDC side quest that talks about the MC standing against someone along with three others. It's been a while so I don't remember the exact wording, but the MC would stand with someone with a golden soul, one fighting for love, and one with the resolve of a leader. That seems like it could be related to the four lights - the MC and three others, most likely including Melia and Aelita, though I don't have an idea for the last one.

Dang, this new art takes me back to early 2019 when I just started playing Rejuvenation. Everything was so happy then, the biggest worry was Melia disappearing, no Bladestar, Team Xen was just another evil team, and we didn’t have to worry about time travel or the end of the world.

Sword/Shield Expansion Gamefreak announced a Sword/Shield DLC pack adding in new Galarian forms. Will v13 wait for them to be released later this year, or will they be added as part of the patches to Rejuvenation?

Thanks for all the work you guys are putting into Rejuv! I have been wondering, with the addition of Gen 8, how will some of the more unique evolutions work? I’d assume that Farfetc’d -> Sirfetch'd would stay the same, as would Milcery -> Alcremie. However, Mime Jr. doesn’t have a different Galarian form and Mime Jr. -> Galarian Mr. Mime only occurs because it’s in Sword and Shield. Galarian Yamask -> Runegrigus requires a specific area only in Galar. How are they going to fit in Aevium?

So I actually tried to do something like this a while back and came up with this: Nymeria’s story and Seven Kingdoms period -Creation/Indriad/meteor Arceus/etc. Ancient War - (technically during the previous part, but this part is important) Griselda allies with Ieisel and starts winning, Crests are created, Griselda is overthrown War finishes and Garufa Age - Honestly not too sure about the precise placement of the Garufa in the timeline. I think it could really be anywhere but like to think of it as sort of ancient but not Creation-era ancient. Past Aevium - the whole storyline going along with the past. Vivian, Anju, Indriad goes crazy, Anathea is killer, Nymeria tries to storm Indriad’s underground fortress. Nymeria disappears, Anju is captured and replaced with Angie. Storm-9 - something happens and Aevium is devastated. The region splits apart and Zone Zero forms. WLL - the events of WLL. Kenneth moves to Aevium, Tesla is a teenager, Taelia’s life. Aelita’s “birth”. Main Story events. This is my very rough sketch and extremely cut down version of what could happen, and if anything’s different, please correct me.

THERE IS AN EV TRAINING CENTER IN GEAREN. Jan made a six room center in Gearen that you need 40 AP for. You get 72 EVs per battle against a trainer and each battle is against 6 level 1 Meltans.

You don’t need to, but it would help to at least nature and EV train. There’s an EV training facility thing in Gearen that you can spend Achievements on to rapidly train. IIRC, Gym Leaders do have Max EVs and IVs. Also, keep in mind that that you’re using a ghost type against a STAB, super-effective attack. You’re going to take a significant amount of damage no matter what you do. My advice for fighting Keta is to go to Route 2 and catch a fairy type.

Level 50 is when male Meowstic should get Misty Terrain. Espurr cannot learn Misty Terrain.

Shoot, I got my fan games/fan stories mixed up. However, Giratina was said to banished for its violence which matches up much closer with Griselda’s story. Secondly, while I do agree that the wording about Spacea/Tiempa leaves a lot to interpretation, I still think that they make up the last two kingdoms. Rejuvenation seems to be focusing on the Creation and Kalos trios, so having the “human forms” of Dialga and Palkia be rulers of two ancient kingdoms that play an important role in Aevium’s past kinda makes sense. In my opinion, Crescent probably has connections with Anathea/Melia through her origin, but is mainly connected to us regarding our origin.

Yeah, after opening the 9 badge Wispy Ruins door, we get a scene of Griselda’s death when talking to Spacea and Tiempa. Griselda says that Spacea and Tiempa are queens of the Kingdoms of Space and Time. If I recall, Griselda started a war against Kasura and the Kalos three, and said nothing about Space and Time. If Ghovora truly does represent Giratina, this lines up with official Pokémon canon, Giratina led a rebellion against Arceus and was banished for it. Thank you! The name just kept getting confused with Isha/Isiah in my head.

Do remember that there are time travel/timeline shenanigans at play. It is entirely possible that Melia is alternate timeline/time travel Maria from pre-Calamity. I do agree with your assessment of the Archetype. In my opinion, this is a near certainty. Crescent does seem to care about us a lot and, from a scene in the prologue, almost seemed like the boss of Nancy. A relation to us would make sense, To counter, there are a few documents in either Eclysia, the Xen Secret Lab, or a hidden area on Route 6, that describe the Archetype as turning people blond with golden eyes. This sounds more like the familiar Anathea that we've met. We don't know when Isiah treated Anathea, only that he has records. Considering we only meet Anathea int he final weeks before the Calamity, it is possible that she was treated by Isiah and then interacted with the Archetype and attained golden hair.

Regarding the Seven Kingdoms, at this point, I’m almost certain that they correspond with the Creation and Kalos trio. Spacea - Space - Palkia Tiempa - Time - Dialga Griselda - Ghovora - Giratina Indriad? - Yvern - Yveltal Nymeria - Xerneas Zygara - Zygarde Kasumi - Kasura - Arceus Other than that, they are an enigma for the story despite the background they help create. Regarding the protagonist, Adrest could be part of the Interceptor project that’s been mentioned a few times. Like you said, he showed up at Eclysia, Nymeria recognized the player as him, and seems to be able to take over our body at times. The name is also significant, at various times connected to: fate and destiny, motherhood, revenge, and as a caretaker too Zeus himself. Could Adrest be Nymeria’s son? Could the player be a “descendant” of Nymeria? Also, Jan uploaded some images of QOL items to tires status thread and opened our floor discussion if we want to move over to that thread.

QOL changes! I hope that this means that bottle caps will be added in as well. There is a nature changer on GDC, though he’s random and locked behind a help center quest.
